I started going here recently since we just moved into the neighborhood. I’ve gotten a pair of pants hemmed ($ 10) and a shirt button fixed ($ 1) and have been happy with both. I’ve also gone a couple times for both my dry cleaning as well as my husbands and again, couldn’t be happier! The woman who is there most days is as sweet as can be and is always very happy and talkative. They also have great hours which helps out!

I’ve been taking my dry cleaning and alterations to Felix for eight years. I’ve never had any problems. Their service is timely and of high quality. They are friendly and rates are reasonable. You can find parking in the lot right in front. I like they are open in the evenings and Saturdays.

Paid them $ 34 a week ago to tailor my dress for a holiday party I am doing this Sat, picked it up today on Wed, getting on a plane to fly out of town in the morning to go to where I am doing this holiday party, just tried my dress on & they didn’t even touch it so GREAT… Not only did I pay them $ 34 to fix my dress which is TOO big… they didn’t do one thing to it! Getting my money back when I get back in town & I am NEVER going to use their services for anything ever again! Are you serious with this!!! What the hell? Now my special dress for my holiday party isn’t even wearable… THANKS…idiots.

I have used this place for the last time! I have had nothing but bad experiences at Felix cleaners from damaged garments to clothes not being ready on time. The last time I was there I had ten dress shirts dry cleaned only to return home to find holes in three shirts all in the same spot. When i confronted the owner he told me it was from keeping my elbows on my desk– I drive all day for work! The owner flat out blamed me for holes that were not there when i dropped the shirts off but were coincidently all located in the same spot on the damaged items. He did not even offer me a refund on the dry cleaning. NEVER AGAIN and if you value your wardrobe I suggest going someplace that cares about their customers.

I’ve lived around the corner for about a year now and have taken items here to be dry cleaned a few times, and once, a repair on a suit. Things are always ready sooner than later. I’m no market analyst on dry cleaning rates but I’ve never batted an eye to their prices. In short, this place is reliable, consistent and affordable – everything you’d want from a local dry cleaner.

Being too empowered a woman (and generally lazy) to launder and iron my partner’s shirts, I take them to Felix. I’ve tried numerous other cleaners, but this one is the closest place that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. They’re nothing special, but they’re in the neighborhood. Despite having a plant on premises, they are ridiculously slow with the turn around time (e.g. turn in Friday morning, get back TUESDAY night – aak!). If they get their act together and get the in by 10am, out by 5pm that day (or even in by 10am, out by 5pm NEXT day), I’ll give them the last 2 stars.

My trusted neighborhood dry cleaner and tailor. Good service and reasonable prices. On a couple of emergency occasions (read: bad planning on my part), they’ve turned around dry cleaning and tailoring jobs on extremely short notice. Everyone needs a place like this nearby.
