Flawless Dental Group

Not going back. The majority of the staff members I observed had horrid attitudes, talked down to several people while I was there, and gossiped about patients in front of everyone else the moment said patients left. I was treated nicely in a very insincere way while I was there. I suppose I should be grateful for that much considering the way other patients were being treated.
Expect to suddenly have a multitude of expensive problems with your teeth that need to be addressed even if you’ve never had so much as a cavity your entire life. They’re only after your money and will fall over themselves with their contradictory statements in an effort to get more money out of you.
The only reason I give this place two stars instead of one is because of the dental hygienist who worked on my teeth. She was genuinely nice and never tried to push unnecessary and expensive procedures on me.

I have now found a different dentist that I actually like going to. He did a very thorough check up when I came in due to pain. The advanced gum disease and serious infection of the wisdom teeth that Flawless Dental Group told me I had were nowhere to be found. In fact, many of the problems Flawless Dental said I needed to fix turned out to be non existent as I had suspected. These people really will make anything up to get more money out of you.

Dr lee is the worst, i went to the dentist on monday had no cavities. I came here as an emergency (re eval) and she found 11. There is no way! Then they have these little dividers that are supposed to be for privacy but I can clearly see and hear whats going on with the other paitents. The dr is very rude to paitents and her assistants. Never coming here again and im reporting this place!!!

Bought the groupon for $ 49 and received the worst cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. The hygienist drenched my back with the water and the cleaning took 10 minutes… I made an appointment for 4:00 and was taken in to get X-​rays around 4:30. I do not recommend unless you have state insurance. Then you really have no choice. This place is one of those dental offices that take state insurance, give minimal and crappy dental care, take 179 930 patients a day. I was out of there by 4:53. The cleaning took maybe 7 minutes.

Bought 2 groupons for my boyfriend and I for a xray, check up and teeth cleaning. Appointments were for 12 and we arrived at 11:45. We were not seen until 12:50!
First they gave me and Xray, then I went back into the room and the dentist came in, he looked at my teeth for a few minutes and then told me a list of things I needed done. He said I needed a $ 600 deep cleaning, not the one I bought with my groupon. He also tried to tell me I have 4 cavities when I have never had a cavity in my life. They printed out a bill for almost $ 1600 of work that I need done and asked what I wanted to start on. After I told them I just wanted the regular cleaning the dentist gave me the fastest teeth cleaning of my life! It was about 5 minutes. They did the same thing to my boyfriend but gave him a bill for $ 5700 worth of work! The only good thing about this place was that the staff at the front was extremely friendly
