Oh my gosh! Placed order 9⁄3. stupid visa declined the order because it was overseas until they talked to me. On 9⁄4 told for dog trainers to go ahead and redo the card and visa would ok it. They still had not run it by yesterday so I cancelled the order and redid it on the phone. Still have got no word from them that is was processed. i wish I hadn’t reordered it as I found the harness and collar elsewhere. Forget trying to reach a person. They never answer the phone until I had called about 12 times and emailed. Between them and visa they are both nightmares. Will not order from them again and HATE using visa as I had this problem before. They did not accept discover.
