I’ve purchased furniture city to city… and surprisingly, the best customer service has been from this place in Philly. I worked with two salespeople who were both awesome. Upon entering, Amir was attentive and patient. Nassir was completely friendly and made sure that I got the right mattress to suit my needs. The other people in the store were great as well. James helped me go through rug options (even though I couldn’t find one that matched my décor for now), he even carried out an item out to my car without any hesitation. I’m hoping that set up and delivery goes just as well and am looking forward to my next purchase with Furniture Mecca already. Thanks guys!

The guy that ran the store had a nasty chip on his shoulder. You couldn’t ask him a simple question without him giving you this irritated response. I called and spoke to someone on the phone about purchasing a Mattress and Box Spring and financing it. The guy on the phone said you could pay 30% of the price of the mattress and walk out with it and pay the rest off later. The Mattress was $ 199 no Credit Check. There was a huge sign outside that said No Credit Check and on the Website it says no Credit Check. I went up there and the Chip on the shoulder guy told me I had to pass a Credit Check. Huh? I was also told I needed to spend $ 600 in order to fiancé a $ 199 Mattress and freaking Box Spring. He got nasty when I suggested that they add this to there website and in addition, that they shouldn’t advertise No Credit Check if you need one. I honestly think they discriminate against certain people that come if, If ya know what I mean.

These people had me waiting around all day for my furniture delivery. They told me they deliver up til but my delivery never came. They won’t give you any refund so now you gotta hope they deliver the next day!!! Horrible !!!
