I will never buy from this company again, which is sad cause they are literally down the street from me… the women that runs the place is very rude, unknowledgeable, and should not deal with the customers. The only good thing about this place is the products that they carry.

You can only walk in and buy from the store three days a week. The owner isn’t very friendly. Be sure you know what you want by checking out the website first. Also call first to check the hours of operations. they aren’t listed anywhere on the website (at least that I could find).

When I had called and asked to speak with their marketing and/​or public relations department, the woman laughed at me! I understand it is a small company, but unprofessionalism is very uncalled for no matter how big a business it. I work along side of a non profit that helps children make a positive difference in the community through theater. When I had told her all of our information, she yelled at me and told me that she gets requests like this every day. I told her I was sorry to bother her and that I would inform the president of the nonprofit that her company does not donate to nonprofits so that they will never contact her again. That really made her angry — she proceeded to vent to me and yell! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in this field before. I have been doing makeup for 10+ years and will no longer continue my patronage at this establishment. I’m just angry I’ve spent my hard earned money here in the past.
