The phone operator, Dawn, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did she start yelling at me when I asked her what of the John P Givnish hours of operation were, but she never answered my questions. She reflects poorly on the funeral home. Because of her, I will never do business with John P Givnish and highly NOT RECOMMEND their services to anyone. Extremely unprofessional.
