AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Green heating air and cooling came out to my house to fix a heating issue…
The technician told me there was a problem with my electric board of my heater was broken. However, the technician that just came to my house found that a prong simply fell out.
What was worse was when I asked him his company’s price for parts and labor he refused to beak it down for me. On top of that he added a hidden cost of a warranty that he told me about after the fact I questioned him on the price.
With that being said, while he was generating a fake price in his car, I looked up the price of the part on the internet to find that the most expensive one was only 188 dollars. The parts and installation cost he gave me was 600 dollars, WTF 412 dollars for labor???
Also he kept telling me how dangerous my appliances are and indicated that there could be an explosion. Trying to instill fear in your customers is terrible.
Get out of here Green Air Heating and Cooling.
