Hit or miss, more miss than hit. A few of the stylists are great, do exactly what you want, and are friendly and personable. And that’s the only reason they got two stars. On the other hand… I just had the worst haircut of my life there. The stylist I had doesn’t understand what a fade is, and barely understands English if this is any indication. I stated I wanted a fade, and I showed her how long I wanted the top, and she proceeded to cut half my head that length and the front she left twice the length. I asked her to go shorter, and again showed her how short I wanted it. She cut barely anything off and I asked again. This occurred twice more, and I gave up. I just said it’s fine how it is and left, dropping my money on the counter and walking right out. I’m going home to buzz my hair down short and let it grow back, which will look better than what I walked out with.

I go to this hair cuttery all the time, and have been coming here since I was a kid. I recently had a relaxer treatment on my hair and an iron set to straighten it. came out amazing! my daughter, who has Shirley temple curly hair, got straight across bangs and they did an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad experience here. the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I have very long hair and it costs extra to have it dried and straightened after getting a cut.

I haven’t been here in a while but I would go to get my hair washed and blow dried real quick before a night out. They were always friendly but I hate their pricing system. They aren’t expensive by any means but if you want them to straighten it after they blow dry it, it’s like 5 $ more, if your hair hits a certain length, it’s 10 $ more. I just think that’s unprofessional. Unfortunately, hair cutteries in my neighborhood have bad reputations for color so I never went there for color. But for a simple blow dry, and if you want to splurge and have them Straighten it too, they aren’t a bad choice. I won’t be going back though. I feel like they are always crowded and trying to find ways to get more money. I rather my salon know me by name and not my card number! If that makes sense.

I’ve been to better hair cuttery’s and I’ve been to worse. staff was not trained on the system. We had one employee find us in the computer and the other could not. The hairdresser we had was anything but friendly. She seemed more concerned in making a sale than the happiness of the customer. She made us feel as if we had to buy the product she used on my fiancée. The haircut was what we asked for, so no complaints about that. It was just mediocre.
