I.Dentical – All About Your Smile

I have been a patient at I. dentical for almost five years and their level of care is unmatched in my experience. They offer convenient appointments, are always running on or ahead of schedule (no waiting), and their staff are friendly and professional. The hygienists are incredibly knowledgable and the exams are gentle (no one likes going to the dentist but they make it bearable here!!) I’ve had dentists before who have tried to sell me on unnecessary cosmetic procedures; this hasn’t happened once here. I highly recommend this office.

I just came out from my cleaning and had a filling done as well. My teeth feel amazingly clean and polished.

I just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Yanez and the rest of the staff at I.Dentical. I initially chose this practice out of convenience since they’re in my neighborhood and a certified Invisalign provider. Over the many times I’ve visited in the last year, I’ve really been impressed with the cleanliness of the office, the efficiency of booking and confirming appointments, and how WONDERFUL the staff is. All of the hygienists are an absolute pleasure and make the sometimes stressful experience of going to the dentist much more bearable!
I was very pleased with how upfront the staff was on the details and cost of my Invisalign treatment. There weren’t any surprises and I am so pleased with the results! If you are considering Invisalign, I’d highly recommend coming here!

From the first phone call, Dr. Yañez and his staff were caring, professional & knowledgeable of their craft. Gentle is also the key word and no question is stupid.
The dental hygienist is so gentle and understanding of some patients fear of having their teeth cleaned.
Receiving a text and phone call reminders are great. The office is pleasant to walk into, they make the dental experience relaxing & comfortable.

A nice staff and extremely clean office. Been going here for a few years. I love how I receive a text message as a confirmation for my appointment, and I can also call at anytime and get the answering service (LIVE person to discuss your needs). My teeth cleaning is always superb; my dental hygienist does a very good job. Dr. Yanez just seems extremely busy, and he gets in and out very quickly. It is much better to have fewer people, with more attention to that person, than more people with less attention. Overall, I gave it four stars because the place is immaculate, technology seems to be updated, staff is knowledgeable and service is pretty good.

I don’t know how I can say enough about my experience here. I was coming from Gentle Dental where I was told I needed different procedures by different doctors. I also later found that the work that was done caused later dental work to be needed. I switched for these reasons, and I came to Dr. Yanez office with a strong dislike for dentistry all together. I arrived a little early while the office was closed but the receptionist Leslie let me in with a huge smile. The office was clean and bright (like perfect teeth!) I filled out paper work and explained that I was on a budget so I would like to know what things would cost me before anything was done and they were more than happy to help. They took X-​rays for free because I was a new patient! The lady who took the X-​rays talked me through what she needed from me instead of just pushing my head around. When I was seated in my room it was also very clean and private so I didn’t have to hear other work being done. While sitting there I found myself thinking that my papers I filled out wouldn’t be looked at and I would have to re-​answer all the same questions when the doctor came in. But literally JUST as I was thinking that, Leslie came in and said she was reviewing the paper work I wrote and asked me additional questions about SPECIFIC things I wrote! Very impressed! When the doctor came in he was extremely personable and kind. Talkative and definitely made me not think about the terror that I was feeling in my back tooth. He took a look and said I needed a root canal on the same tooth that Gentle Dental worked on not even a year ago! I asked if I extracted the tooth would it change my smile or my face and he said not at all. Then when he told me the price difference I was all for taking that sucker out (keep the tooth if you can though!) He immediately began working, numbed everything painlessly and while he extracted he told me what to expect which is wonderful when you are nervous and feel clueless. Once finished it was a quick transaction to pay and get my prescription slips. Then Leslie read my mind again. I miss when you are a kid and get free toothbrushes, and without saying anything she gave me a new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss! If my amazing experience hasn’t convinced you to switch dentists yet, it didn’t hurt that they had great Latin music playing quietly throughout the office! Switch and be glad you did! Thank you Dr. Yanez for the work you did. My whole family will be switching over shortly (4 more people!). Also got a few coworkers over there!

I went there today for severe discomfort in my teeth and not only did they admit me on the same day I called (truly appreciated) but they also did an amazing job. As some of you mentioned, I get really nervous when I go to the dentist, but they were great. Dr. Yañez and his staff were really nice and professional. I had two teeth removed and I barely felt a thing. I truly recommend their office whether you live nearby or not. We all know how long it takes to find a good dentist, and they sure are the next best thing! :)

what a pleasant experience. and who says that about going to the dentist… well i do when it comes to my first experience at i.dentical. the office is clean, modern, and has up to date technology. the staff, from the dental hygienists to the secretaries were friendly and wore some great smiles. dr. yanez himself did most of the dental work himself and i must say that he was very efficient and gentle. my routine cleaning was done in no time, and i can’t remember the last time a dentist made me feel so comfortable (and pain free). he was also very professional and didn’t sit there trying to lie to me about the thousands of non-​existent and asymptomatic cavities that i need filled and how my wisdom teeth need to be pulled. he seems like a straight shooter. i highly recommend dr. yanez and the i. dentical staff for your dental needs.

This was my second visit to i. dentical and the same as the first, phenomenal.
The staff is extremely courteous and professional, the office is very clean and well organized, and the dental hygienists are understanding and top-​notch in their craft.
Although this visit was only for a routine cleaning and my fear of the dentists chair was ever so apparent, they made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
To compliment Dr. Yanez he is very genuine and honest in his post cleaning examination.
I have had many experiences in the dentists chair where I felt like I was in a ‘shake-​down’ to purchase whitening kits and other dental accessories. Although made known they are available, there was no pressure at all and for that I am truly grateful. Keep up the great work!

Had my first visit with the staff and Dr. Yanez today after recently moving to Philadelphia, and I have nothing but good things to say. If you are unsatisfied with your dentist, look no further!
They’ve only been around for two years, so the office is very clean and the equipment is all modern (not that stale yellow of machines from the 1960s). Still, I was more impressed with the service and professionalism the entire staff demonstrated. That is what sealed it for me. I was interested in teeth whitening options, and I actually had to bring it up myself, so no hard-​selling here.
Last, I’m not sure if they do this for everybody, but the dentist himself actually cleaned my teeth during my first visit. That was a nice touch.
Get on their patient list before it fills up!

Here’s how pathetically phobic I am (or rather was) about dental visits: after 7 years of avoiding any trips to the dentist I broke a tooth, and was finally forced to confront my fears. Despite the inevitability of actually going to see a dentist — with half of a molar missing, I wasn’t getting out of it, it still took me five sweaty-​palmed attempts over the course of a half hour to complete the phone call for my first (emergency) appointment because I kept hanging up as soon as it would start to dial.
From that first phone call on, the experience of dealing with everybody has been 100% positive. The receptionist/​manager, Leslie, listened patiently as I babbled on the phone about being extremely nervous, and assured me that we would ‘start to build good memories to replace the bad ones’. At the time I didn’t remotely believe that that was possible… but I’m getting there.
The office is really nice — open, airy, super clean, very high tech. The staff, as I mentioned are extremely nice. Everybody was patient and reassuring, in a warm, genuine, and natural way which didn’t make me feel patronized. The dental assistant who took the X-​rays, took a second to say ‘don’t worry — it’ll be super-​easy!’… and it was. And that little comment made a huge difference (thanks!).
Dr Yanez is gentle, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He is focused and unhurried, in the best possible way. He managed to make me feel both informed, and empowered throughout, neither of which are words I associate with any of my prior dental experiences. That comment applies not only to the emergency visit, when I was extremely stressed out, but also to the routine follow-​up visits.
Over the course of three visits, I’ve had the broken tooth crowned, two cleanings, and two cavities/​filling replacements (the penalty for my 7 year hiatus)… and no pain. At all. Ever. They did such a great job of calming me down on the first visit, that I didn’t end up asking about sedation, so I don’t know whether or not it’s offered. Either way — you won’t need it!
They take my dental insurance — yay! (Aetna DMO… I couldn’t believe my luck finding such a nice practice, in an emergency, as a new patient). Leslie is a wiz at navigating the benefits end of things.
TL:DR version — if you’re nervous about dentists… this is the place for you. This is also the place for you if you just need a new dentist.

I had a really good experience here! Everyone is really nice and professional. And the office is really clean, organized and well run. You would think you’re walking into a spa because there is something really relaxing about it!
They also do Saturday appointments which is really convenient if you work during the week!
I’m definitely going back and recommending to my friends!
