History
Established in 2001.
Originally established in Boise, Idaho, in a 10,000 square foot warehouse, Impact Imports opened its Philadelphia showroom on First Friday of November, 2011. Suzanne & Drew, the owners of Impact Imports, believe in the philosophy of keeping their furniture business simple. Their huge warehouse in Boise is located in an industrial area (off the beaten path) & is open to the public every Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The Boise location gives them lots of room for an extensive inventory, but low overhead costs. With the advent of regular home furnishing shipments to customers on the east coast (& the draw of family already living in Philadelphia), Suzanne & Drew spent 2 years looking for the best location to open a showroom in Philadelphia. While visiting Philadelphia in the fall of 2011 they stumbled across empty commercial space in Old City & they both knew it would be the perfect place to showcase their collection. They were open five weeks later & their business is growing rapidly.
