After seeing how carpet cleaning companies were cleaning carpets and many customers were not happy with the after the product, Imperial Carpet Cleaning was establish in 1992 as a company that took pride in carpet cleaning as if I were cleaning my own carpets.

We included the customer in our cleaning by explaining to them what method we were using the chemical and the results they could expect.

So far so good… I’ve had a nightmare time getting a quote, which one would imagine is COMPLETELY part of the carpet cleaning business… Zakian was completely rude, but Ray at Imperial hand delivered me a quote since he didn’t have access to email. Entirely impressed.

I found this company online and don’t have ANYTHING to complain about. When I first called, I left a message and they called me back the same day. I had an appointment with another company but the quote that Raymond (owner) gave me was lower, so I cancelled with the other company and I am glad I did. These guys look and act professional at all times. They look clean and wear uniforms (I think impressions are important) They came to my house and went right to the job without loosing any time. They are very nice and respectful and within an hour they did my one bedroom apartment. Raymond is the owner and he is the person that makes the appointments and personally does the job! Thumbs up for these guys! I will definitely schedule another carpet cleaning with them.
