Absolutely horrible customer service and management. Sad in this day and age, discrimination still exists. If you have the urge to be a low life and douchebag visit this place.

First off, this place was so hard to find. So to make this clear: It is on 2^nd Street but it’s located on the 2^nd floor with a small sign.
The actual place you ask? Pretty intriguing. We walked in to see pretty much naked girls wearing only pasties on their boobs, with fish next stocking in undies, about to get their boobies painted.
The place is a pretty small and narrow bar with EDM playing. The décor is pretty chique. Smoking is allowed since it’s a hookah joint. However, it felt dirty in there. The girls bathroom was also atrocious.
But, if you’re drunk enough to not care about hygiene, this could be the bar for you!

Hookah is good, but they allow cigarette smoking… Meh… and the DJ plays weird music.

Extremely uncourteous staff! Would never recommend any one to go here. The guy at the entrance needs to be taught some manners.

RUDE Service at the door: The guy at the door was extremely rude with our group. We were waiting inside the main door for a minute (when it was very cold) as we were waiting for a friend. You have to have a heart while dealing with your customers. Instead, what he did was tell us that we are not allowed inside the bar, just because of waiting at the entrance for a minute. One of my friends who came outside to receive us, did not have his jacket on. This guy did not allow him back upstairs to even get his jacket, thus leaving him in the freezing cold without a jacket. Your place might be really good but you have to realize the importance of customer service.

Infusion Lounge is my go to spot! I visit frequently and receive top notch service. Friendly staff. Lively scene. I’be been all over the world and Infusion Lounge is a true contender. See you there!

Good hookah (I loved the lemon mint), great seating (super comfy couches), good music, and average prices. Good find!!!

I walked 30 minutes to come here, the guy working here asked for our IDs, he didn’t like how our names sound so he didn’t let us in. Very rude and stupid.
My friend asked him if he could use the bathroom and he said yes, when my friend left the idiot guy from the bar yelled and accused my friend of «peeing on the floor», what the fuck? Why would an adult pee on the floor! I pointed out to him that whatever this liquid on the floor is a bit dried which means it was done by someone who came before us, he was so embarrassed and yelled don’t come back again
Very rude person, and so idiot. I would never come back to a place that treats people with such disrespect

One of my favorite hookah joints in Old City. Good one-​stop-​shop. Tasty cocktails and hookah right at the bar. One side of the lounge is reserved for larger parties. There is also a smaller lounge area on the other side of the building with some nice leather couches. Really chill vibe, and not too loud. Good service, and very responsive staff that tends to the coals and any adjustments that need to be made to the pipe.

This place is very cool and relaxing, enjoy lounging and service was alright. Appreciated being checked within every 30 min.

Customer service is great! Staff is friendly including the owner E! This my 2^nd time coming. So first time was on Friday night where there was a $ 10 cover charge. Parking is crazy after 8pm. Friday night music was electric. House music all night. Initially not bad but I would’ve like to hear something else. There was a small with space at the bar the bar. The hookah lounge s of good quality, and reasonable. They have a nice selection of alcohol. The hookah is the main attraction. This place is cozy and good for «boo loving »

Cool owners had a good hookah conversation I was there when they were setting up but the hookah is very good and so are the drinks don’t know about what the night life is like but I’d like to check it out

The owner responded to my feedback on my email receipt about the price of my cocktail and said «You are correct if this was NYC you would be paying closer to $ 25.»
I’m sorry, but I can’t remember the last time I ever paid $ 25 for a cocktail in NYC. The cocktail I had at Infusion did not rival any of those you’d get from Franklin Mortgage or Hop Sing which are worth the $ 14 for the craft ingredients they put in there.

This was my destination after a great time at Howling Moon. The hookah is quality! The bar tender, recommended… hookah and a shot of liquor that would go well with the flavored hookah you have chosen. The shot goes in the bowl, and is smoked with your hookah! Nothing like it!!! For those of you that remember the old 32 degrees club, this place does well by the memory!!! It is a tad pricey compared to other hookah bars, but YOU PAY FOR good QUALITY AND SERVICE!!!

I rememebr this place being 32 degrees back in the day and always wondered what it was now. Decided to go one night because one of my friends friend was spinning. It was a good night, the waitress was on point with drink service and hookah but the only downside about this place is the space/​layout and the fact they play house/​trance all night. I kinda wish it was a little bigger and I love house and trance but all night it can get a little boring. Needa change it up a bit. You don’t really notice it from outside since its next to a bar and Cuba libre and U just go up some steps but over all that night was a good time and I’ll definitely be coming back

We came here about with a group of about 10. I really love the setup that reminds me of the 1920’s with leather sofas, cool decorations and really nice bar. The hookah’s were really good and I really appreciated the incredible service. A staff member came up to us every 10 minutes asking if we are ok and if we need anything else. I enjoyed the loungy setup with very comfortable seating. I would def come back here again when im looking for a chill evening.

Interesting seeing the reviews of how fun this place is. Maybe we caught this place at the wrong time?
I went here for a friends birthday this weekend. And we anticipated the place to be slightly packed with more than 20 people there. The bar area will full and the entrance lounge section was occupied with what looked like the managers friends. I could be wrong…
I regret that we got the bright Idea to leave and do karaōke at 1am at another spot. Because we spent $ 200 in this spot for no reason really. The music SUCKED. They played House Music all night which we didn’t mind but ALL NIGHT LONG? No mix up? Nothing? Not even a little?
Anyway, I passed on the sweet cocktails and opted for white wine, Pinot Grigo. In doing so I ordered my 2^nd one, this time with the cocktail waitress (The 1^st time i ordered was from the General manager) the cocktail waitress brought back a Moscato and told me that that was all they had because they ran out of the PG. Hmm interesting because I saw the GM open a brand new bottle. Did you ask or did you just assume that was what I was drinking because you forgot what I ordered???
She wasn’t very friendly to begin with so I doubt she cared she made this mistake. She returned with PG
I at some point ask the gm if we could hear something else from the dj and he said sure what would you like to hear? I told him anything a bit different than House he said no that’s all we play. All night.
Eh. Okayy???
We tried to make the best of it and the GM wound up given us another hooka flavor for free, which was nice but c’mon we wanna dance… To a different sound and because Philly spots close at 2am we sorta feel as if we wasted a good Saturday night by hoping the scene here would change or at the very least the music.
The outfits were cute I don’t know what all these other reviews are talking about…

This bar is horrible
I went on a Wednesday night to relax with friends.
One this bar is overly priced. 14.00 for a butt nasty passion fruit martini that WASNT even in a martini glass and it wasn’t chilled like it should have been. It was VERY strong, and made poorly.
After that, it ruined my night, you are located in old city, not Manhattan on the strip. Give me a break. I ended up leaving and went to the bar around the corner, they were better priced, nicer employees and a better atmosphere, not a random couch, a creepy picture and music that’s too loud for no reason, keep in mind it’s suppose to be a lounge, not your grandmothers basement. I’ve told many since I went, NOT to go.

I love hookah. It’s a relaxing experience. Infusion was only halfway relaxing. That’s the only way I can describe it.
We got here around 10:00 on a Friday night and settled in one of the big, comfy couches. The scantily-​clad waitress (?) came by to take our drink and hookah orders. We got a hookah menu but. no drink menu. The waitress recommended a passionfruit martini, so I went for it. It was good, but ended up costing me $ 14. It wasn’t THAT good.
We got the pirates cove hookah, and while it tasted pretty good, we kept having trouble with our hookah. The coal kept sliding off of the top, I guess from the vibration of the bubbles. Then our first hookah just. stopped working. No idea what happened to it, it just stopped working. They brought us another one and switched out the top, but the tobacco was pretty much done anyway. This is after about 45 minutes. Sad.
This place has potential if they would just stop being so odd. Did I mention our waitress was scantily clad? I’m talking bustier, fishnets, the works. Normally I wouldn’t care if it went with the vibe of the place, but for here, I just didn’t understand it.

I am all for my servers wearing pants and my hookahs having flavor without much effort.
Neither happened at Infusion last night. I didn’t understand the servers’ uniforms of provocative leotards and Hot Topicy stockings. I mean, it’s not a strip club, right? Actually, would strippers even wear leotards?
I also didn’t understand why they didn’t have a drink menu. Our server was a «walking menu,» and provided me with a Tom Collins-​esque watered down cocktail when I asked to be surprised with a gin drink.
We ordered the Pirate Cove hookah ($ 25), which was relaxing and delicious when it could be tasted. There were issues with the bowl a couple times, and it didn’t last as long as the hookahs at B-​Side and Byblos.
When it came time to pay, I asked for a separate check from the couple I was with — and the server put $ 13 of the hookah on mine, plus she gave herself a very generous mandatory $ 7 tip on my tab, which made no sense to me considering that my bill didn’t warrant more than a $ 5 tip. Why would a 25% tip be mandatory, girl? I paid, but I wasn’t happy about it.
Aside from the cost, the strange server costumes and the somewhat lacking products, the place was pretty neat. Lots of potential, hence the 3-​star rating. It’s dark and flashy — located above Nick’s Roast Beef in Old City — and has comfy couches for groups, on which we sat. The bar area looked pretty nice, too.
