I was craving fried chicken when I started looking for places to order. I Almost drove to the other side of town when Jace’s popped up on my Unilocal search. My husband didn’t want to go because there was only one other review but after looking at what the menu had to offer he gave in. We ordered fried chicken and two orders of the fried shrimp as they were on special today… btw six jumbo shrimp with fries and slaw is an amazing deal! We brought our food home and the whole car ride my mouth was watering from the smell of yummy goodness! I chose potato salad and candied yams with my chicken leg platter… and I felt like I was at my grandma’s house in Memphis. OMG was this food good! My husband had the chicken breast platter and opted for Mac and cheese or should we say crack and cheese… he ate it all before his chicken! The kids had the shrimp platters and there was enough shrimp we had some as well. We both thought the seasoning in the breeding could have a little more flavor and the chicken was a touch over cooked but I still devoured my whole meal! I will return… it’s a mile away from my house and they deliver… score one for me and my choice for dinner!
