Established in 2012.

I have happily been in the hospitality & restaurant business for over 20 years. I have always enjoyed these positions as people tend to be celebrating, relaxing and enjoying themselves, either out with friends or visiting loved ones.

I knew I wanted more hands on contact in bringing joy to others. I also knew that I relish in tasks, to-​do lists, giving and sharing. With all this in mind, I created

I have always wanted to help people, I get great joy from other peoples happiness. I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by people that were always willing to help out and show support. Juliet Personal Concierge is my giving back.

I have 2 wonderful children that I adore and 1 cat that is a little odd but we love her anyway.

I really can’t recommend Juliet enough! I rang her last minute with a request to pick up and deliver a wedding gift to someone within the hour. I was literally desperate! Not only did she do it, but she did a fantastic job of it. Her efficiency and attention to detail are unrivaled, and she’s truly a delight to work with. If ever I need anything done again in Philadelphia I won’t even think twice on who to contact! She’s a star!

Juliet was my lifesaver. I recently moved out of my last house in the suburbs and into a place in the city. I was completely lost in the move and had to start from scratch. Juliet helped me find everything. From doctors offices and referrals to organizing my apartment for the first time. She even helped find a vet for my cat and set up an appointment in less then five minutes from me asking.
Juliet is fast and prompt and even does her work with a warm smile. She knows the city like the back of her hand and can help you with any city needs. I highly recommend using her service. I know I’ll be using her again!

Juliet just helped me organize and complete a move to a smaller home. There were so many details to organize and things to get rid of. I never could have done it without Juliet. She operates so smoothly and strikes a wonderful balance between making things happen and letting you feel in control. She is also very fair and works hard, so I trust her to be in my home when I’m not there.
I highly recommend Juliet to anyone who wants to gain peace of mind in their home or with a transition in living– she is outstanding.

Juliet assisted me with unpacking and organizing after a move. She was excellent — timely, professional, friendly and super efficient. She organized the entire kitchen and assisted with other parts of the apartment. I will definitely use her services again!

Juliet recently helped us host an amazingly successful party at our home. She has a unique gift for knowing just what is needed and making guests feel comfortable. After a brief meeting with us prior to the party, Juliet was able to quickly plan the perfect drink menu as well as let us know the exact amount of each ingredient to purchase. She was professional and personable and our guests were complementing her service throughout the evening. I eagerly provided her contact information to many of our guests at their request! We can’t wait to host another event with her help. I highly recommend her!

I have personally used Juliet and must say, she is all she was billed to be… I am a completely disorganized person who usually can not hold a thought for more then 20 seconds before forgetting why I am even in the room… Enter Juliet. She has helped both personally take over (And more so set up) some of my day to day life in a more automatic fashion, helped me plan parties during a busy holiday season, and just overall been there to help alleviate some brain space for this clutter brained individual. Whether you need gifts, party, errands, or just organizational help, she is worth it… Such a nice treat.

If you are looking for someone that will help with just about anything, you have found your solution. Juliet’s Personal Concierge is a unique way to say thinks to those that have everything, but who also can also use a little helping hand every now and then. I purchased time as a gift to a friend who recently had a baby as she was overwhelmed by the «new mom to do list». Juliet’s services made a huge difference and gave back something very precious to my friend: time :)
