This place is awful! We ordered cabinets for our small kitchen in November 2013 and 5 months later we were still waiting on pieces! This was meant to be a 3 week job. As an architect I’m well aware things go wrong but this length of time is extraordinary. Four different pieces arrived damaged, the repair took more time than KB had said, then arrived with a touch-​up that reportedly wasn’t even good enough to show me. The next delivery was the wrong door altogether. We were also missing shelf supports and soft closers. Plus got the wrong sized trim piece delivered after it was missing from the initial order. In short, our experience was NOT GOOD. I reached out asking if the owner would compensate us somehow and I got no reply at all. Finally weeks later after many emails and calls, I was simply told no.
If you’re looking for customer service… or even just looking for some kitchen or bath supplies… anywhere is better than here. In fact, directly across Berks St is another place that sells the exact same stuff. Go elsewhere. Buyer beware!
