If your your looking for a friendly, help full shopping experience, this isn’t the place for you, these have to be the Rudest, meanest people I even encountered. My self and and a co-​worker were unfortunate to walk into this Toxic environment to purchase a cigar, Only to be met by Two of the Nastiest people I ever had the misfortune of meeting, and to be told we have no business being in there, Why are these people even in business? They don’t want customers, They are located between a store that sells Porn & blowup dolls, and a Strip club, but think they are on Rittenhouse Square, I wouldn’t send my worst Enemy to this place.

This place is terrible… The guy at the front isn’t friendly at all, he acts like you are there to steal and follows you around making you feel uncomfortable. so unprofessional… So after i made my purchase i went to sit in the lounge area he yell out «PRIVATE AREA ONLY» as if it was 1950 smh… he never mention that it was members only because if so i would have asked about a membership.

I have to say this. They have a good selection, and they are friendly enough. But they make me nervous anytime I go there.
They must have had some theft in their past because everytime I visit their humidor, an employee comes in and watches over me. Some shops leave you alone to browse. Not here. I’ve maybe been there a few times in my life, and each time I feel like they don’t trust anyone. I’ve had employees with me in a humidor and not gotten the feeling I get here.
Also, their lounge is members only. I don’t like that. Maybe they have a reason, and that’s fine. It’s just not my favorite thing.
There are better choices for cigars in the city.
