Just one word — rude! Staff on phone chatting having personal conversation, not interested in serving customers. We need a door, response«I’m the paint guy». Go to check out, «sorry because of the region, we can’t sell you this paint.» Shelves rull of product, they can’t sell? Never again! Home Depot, you’ve got my business going forward.

Its my local«big box» hardware/supply place and I’m generally happy with it. Most of the employees are helpful, and I usually find what I need. They are good with returns. Sometimes they are low on stock, like sump pumps in the Spring, or certain paint in the Summer, but organized ok. I like the selection in their garden center but often wait for sales to buy the expensive stuff.

no stars why miserable cashier a staff member helping a young lady with a 30 # bag of soil instead of… helping my hubby in a wheelchair and 60 yr. old me with an awkard box containing an outdoor table never will visit this place again… ever. the only reason i have 1 star is because it is a pre-requisite to post

Big box home improvement retailer offering the supplies at reasonable prices. I’m not going to tell you about Lowes and all it has because I’m going to assume you’ve been to one at least once. Why the lower than average review? The store seems a little less organized than other Lowes and isn’t quite as clean. More importantly, I was a bit turned off by a few of their employees attitudes. An obviously handicap man was struggling to walk into the store and began looking at the motorized cart they have for people like himself. Two employees just stood around and watched him struggle to figure it out. When I went to help him, they say«don’t worry, he’ll be fine» and still DIDN’T BOTHERTOTRYANDHELPHIM! Can’t say I know the whole story, maybe he is a ‘usual’ who never buys anything and bothers people, but still. Is that really the image you want your employees(who appeared to have little other to do) to project?
