I prepaid and registered for a class only to find out on the day of, through e-​mail that my class had been rescheduled to a time that i would not be able to attend. I called the studio and apparently there was some sort of conflict with what their actual schedule was and what was on the website. The transaction should have never been able to go through if that was the case but NO BIG DEAL. however, when i tried to ask for my refund i was told that the owner was responsible for that and to wait for a call back. one week later… 3 phone calls to the studio… ZERO phone calls back from the owner to try to rectify the situation… i am now out on 25 bucks! THANKS FOR TAKING MY MONEY, GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND NOT GIVING IT BACK… is this considered stealing?

I really wanted to like this place. It was dirty and the poles were old. The yoga mats that they provided smelled like old feet. It made me gag. The instructor was very nice though. Without him this place would’ve been a 1star in my opinion
