Wonderful! Leonard responded to my online inquiry the next day, and, sadly, I took a week to get back to him. He was gracious, understanding, and managed to get out to inspect my home THAT DAY.
When he arrived at my home, he put shoe covers on, which made me feel that he cared about me and my home. I explained to him that I had mold concerns because my little daughter had been coughing for a long time. He did a thorough inspection of the whole house and took several air and physical samples. He even did an extra sample just to make sure that he got everything.
The report I received a few days later was complete and clear, partly because of the great job Leonard had done explaining what it would contain. Sadly, the house is full of mold, but Leonard’s report contained some very detailed next steps.
Under the circumstances, I could not be happier.

Lenny was absolutely wonderful. He was at my house within 24 hours of when I first called him, he patiently and expertly answered every single question I had for him, and he shocked me by finding areas of mold that were hidden in plain sight. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, with a warm sense of humor.

First i need to start off by saying i did not expect to ever have mold or need services from such a company. With that being said i called several companies and Leonard from Mastertech was the most professional and the company i chose in the end. Just like every said he put on boot covers when he came in my house and was happy to explain every detail i needed to know, he put me at ease during such a stessful time. His prices were fair and his employees did an amazing job. I hope to never need this type of work again in my home but if i do or know someone else that does i would recommend Leonard from Mastertech 100% of the time.

I arbitrarily picked Leonard from Mastertech to test for mold/​airquality because of Theresa M’s review (I’m a fellow dog lover). I have to say, it was $ 350 well spent!
Leonard showed up about 15 minutes late. Why the 5 stars? Because he called and apologized about 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive. He asked if it would be a problem, and of course I said no, as my home inspector was scheduled to be at the property for about 3 hours.
Leonard was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and really just a nice guy. He’s affable, kind, patient, and basically everything you want from an inspector. Talk about attention to detail! This guy was all over the house. He took three samples, explained the process, and definitely went above and beyond what I expected.
Even though he was hired to do mold/​air quality, he was incredibly diligent. He discovered some mold in the basement, and some very extensive water damage throughout one side of the house. As he said, water damage is one of the worst things that can happen to a home and that it absolutely fell within his jurisdiction. He also detailed ways of dealing with the water damage ranging from cheap simple fixes all the way to major renovation. Above all else, he was able to be there on one days notice, which as I found, is actually pretty difficult.
Leonard got my report back to me a little bit late, likely due to the lab not being open on the weekends. Regardless, he got my report back to me on a Sunday, and his office employee got back to me on Monday to confirm I received and understood my results.

Very satisfied with Mastertech. Called Leonard and he was able to come asses our problem within a few hours. He was very professional, even putting on little booties before he entered the house!
He did a thorough inspection, as we had recently had water in our basement and thought there might be mold. He explained everything to us, including how to interpret the mold report we would receive after the lab results were confirmed.
A secretary phoned me shortly after we received the mold report to make sure we had received it and to ask if we had any questions. Leonard provided us a very detailed vision of the work we need to complete — if only working with our homeowners insurance was just as easy!

Just had a detailed mold inspection completed by MasterTech Environmental on my townhouse in Blue Bell. It was thorough and the technician — Leonard — was professional and knowledgeable.
I contacted the company by email yesterday, and by this morning the entire inspection was completed. I had 5 air samples taken to ensure a thorough report.
In about 60 minutes, Leonard was able to complete the inspection. When he first arrived, he asked me for an overview of the situation. He then meticulously explained the procedure and what a finished report would look like.
While a 3-​sample inspection report would have cost $ 350, my 5-​sample report cost $ 450. A worthwhile investment.
I am very satisfied with MasterTech and give them my highest recommendation. The air quality within my house, however, is an entirely different story…
Get your house tested. It will give you peace of mind.
And, reading Theresa M’s comments, I concur. Leonard was punctual and is dog-​friendly. He’s a good guy.

Leonard just came by to inspect my mold situation. He was right on time for our appointment. The first thing he did was put on shoe covers so as to not track dirt into my house. I wouldn’t have even asked him to do that but it was very considerate!
Next, he checked out my situation and determined that I am getting water in through my brickwork. Because it was only a small centralized location, he explained that I could take care of it myself. He even expained me how.
This is certainly someone you can trust — he could have easily given me a quote to do the work but he knew it was small enough to tackle myself.
On the way out, he saw that my dryer vent was clogged and urged me to clean it soon because it’s a serious fire hazard. I wish I could have gotten his advice on many other projects throughout my house!
