The employees here are always so friendly. Every time I walk in theres pop punk music playing and the employees are eager to help with whatever you need. I love the color scheme and the weird chibi animal aesthetic. very kid friendly but you’ll see people of all ages and backgrounds here. I love their $ 5 Fill Your Cup weekends and free waffle bowl days. my only complaint would be that they favor unique creative flavors over old classics,(e.g. they’ll have lemon meringue but not cookies n cream, ugh) but I think that’s up to corporate, not the individual store. As far as frozen yogurt in Philly, Menchies is the best place I’ve come across.

Awesome selection of flavors, and the customer service is always great! I wish it wasn’t so far from center city though. Hopefully they will open a location closer to my home soon.

Also doesn’t carry plain tart flavour. I swear no where in the Northeast does but this is as good as it gets. They have good toppings and it’s really cute for kids and adorable liytle souvenirs. But again; no plain tart! That’s like a basic flavour every place needs to carry. It’s a nice branch though.

This place was okay they didn’t have many flavors but they did have some I’ve never tried before which was cool. I got there 45 mins before closing and felt like I was in the way of their cleaning duties, and even though I finished eating at 9:30 I felt uncomfortable hanging around. They had a lot of topping options but not peanut butter, this is my favorite topping to add so I’m hoping they get some in the near future.

Awesome place! Great for little ones. So many toppings to choose from and the service is always fast and friendly. Highly recommended if you haven’t been, or if you’re looking to try something new with the kids.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t have a million and a half reviews yet. It is the ONLY place in Northeast Philadelphia that has good froyo, with good service and an awesome atmosphere. We come here consistently and I will never go elsewhere if I can help. — First of all, it’s .51 $ per ounce. Which is an average price for froyo I think. — They have a nice range of toppings, from fruit, to candy to cookies and syrups. Their toppings are consistently cleaned up and changed out, never rotting fruit as you see in other palces. — They change their flavors around often enough so you can always try something new and try to keep up with the season. — Their employees are wonderful! Always happy and nice and helpful and will strike up a conversation. There were two girls last night who were very personable and made the experience that much more enjoyable. — On occasion they will have live bands, which adds to the atmosphere. Easy parking in the lot right across and open until 10 on the weekdays and 11 on the weekends. Love this place!
