This«mini-mall» designed to keep you occupied while waiting for your train, which is inevitably late, fails on so many levels. Beside being too spread out for the few offerings it has, each offering — from the McDonalds to the Hallmark — is tight and congested. A majority of the stores also close early, which doesn’t help for when trains begin to run every hour and you just miss one. Well, at least they do a fair job at keeping the place clean…

One of the dirtiest stations! Elevator #35 on 16th Street is rancid with odor. Multiple homeless people lay in there. I have never seen security or cleaning people in there. Very unsanitary.
