I just came in today and learned that the salon has a new owner. That new owner’s name is Monica. She’s wonderful — super professional and just a doll(and also gives a great massage). Plus, she has made the place extremely comfortable, offering free beverages of your choice(including mimosas). I even observed Monica pull out a baby chair and seat for another customer’s little daughter! It was adorable! Normally I have gone to a different nail salon because I had mixed experiences with this one. However, this salon is actually much closer to my home than the other place I usually go to. Today I was rushed and came here — so glad I did! Now that Monica has taken over as the owner, this will be my regular place to come for services. It’s the best!

I have been here twice since first discovering this gem about 3 ½ weeks ago. New management; She is really friendly. Treated with kindness and tenderness. Love the massage! Brought some friends on the second visit and they too were raving about it. Check it out.

Under new management and made some nice updates including brand new massage chairs. I’ve been to all the places on the Hill and this is the best. Definitely make an appointment. Nice, clean and pretty place. Great mani/pedis and massage every time, will always be my go to place in Chestnut Hill.

Just stopped by as a walk in and got the best pedicure from Eli! This may be my new regular place. Free drinks, snacks were an added bonus. Eli took her time and the pedicure included a nice massage and hot oil treatment for my dry heels. Very good customer service! Apparently there is new management as of May and you can definitely tell.

I will never go to another nail salon! I moved to Chestnut Hill from Florida and have been searching for a nail salon in the area. I’ve tried many places, but today I visited Millennium Nails in Chestnut Hill and the service was amazing! I walked in at 6:30pm and didn’t realize that they had been closed since 6pm. Monica, the owner could tell I was disappointed and told me to please come in and sit down for my pedicure and offered me a complimentary beverage and snack. The pedicure was fabulous and Monica even gave me extra treatments that weren’t included in the regular service. I didn’t have a pair of sandals with me so she brought out a new pair for me to wear home. Besides the customer service which was exceptional you also receive a hot towel behind your neck during your treatment and a hot towel with a neck massage while your toes dry, which if you get pedis often, you know that’s not common. I’m definitely going back in two weeks and might even drag my boyfriend :)

Visited Millennium Nails this past week and was very pleased with both the customer service and quality of my manicure. I learned that they were under new ownership which was apparent through their effort for wonderful customer service, specials and candy bonuses! I will be a regular!

This SPA find is a very good nail salon and I was fortunate to have Monica do my toenails. She bent frontwards to make sure that I would be satisfied with the results. I am very particular about the quality of people’s work and have a great eye for any glaring imperfections. Also, I am a guy and this is my first time at a SPA and was worried about how I would be perceived as. Everything went fine and the atmosphere itself was very relaxing. The best part was when Monica dipped my food in warm wax and felt so fantastic. For the price and the work that Monica provides, I will be back!

Got mom gift certificate for her bday, and they even added a bonus gift, something to do with nails. It’s a bit packed tho, with many many women, but I was out of there because they just stare like craziness. Since I was guy, they prob thought, «Man that pervy boy just here to get a massage, which ain’t here anyways». Yea, now I know. Never follow wife to nail salon.

I have tried a few nail salons around the area including the one owned by the Vietnamese lady. She should just make Phở instead. I also tried the one owned by the Chinese lady. She should just make some General Tsao’s chicken instead. Now I have tried this one owned by the Korean lady. Now before I make another racist comment about these Asians doing nails, I want to say that the lady, who seemed to be the owner of the business has special talent. She doesnt speak English too well but it seems obvious she has years of experience under her belt. Gel manicures were very nicely done, no bumps, no polish on cuticles etc… OH! And l got wax dips on our hands and or feet and those were amazing. Loved it!

I don’t know how this place was when it was owned by the previous owner but its under new management now and its a beautiful nail and spa in Chestnut Hill. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating, even when I had to rearrange my appointments several times. I’m not going to lie, I was a little hesitant after looking at some of the reviews on Unilocal. However, all my worries went away after receiving quality mani-pedi. I would recommend anyone who wants to receive a relaxing experience with top notch quality.

This place has new management as of Monday, May 2nd and it is absolutely amazing! The owner is so nice and did such a great job on my mani-pedi. All the staff are specialists in what they do. Incredibly comfortable interior– spacious and inviting. I would absolutely, 100% recommend regularly visiting Millennium nails.

Customer service here has gone from A Ok to really bad. Each time I call for an appointment they say they’re «really busy» or «call back later.» I’ve seen them be rude to patrons and would be patrons inquiring about their special before but now they’ve elevated that theme to the phone as well. Seriously with several competitors within a mile of this salon they ought to attempt to keep customers. One thing’s for sure they’ve successfully lost one. I won’t be back.

Beautiful location and nail salon. Waited maybe 45 minutes before being taken care of, which was fine. However, they were very short staff and my nails came out horrible. Two completely different styles on each hand. I requested coffin nails and 1 hand were poorly done coffin nails, the other had round tips and we’re much shorter. By the time they were done I was simply ready to leave and didn’t want to make a big deal. Although I do vow to NEVER go there again.

Acrylic set lifted near the cuticles just two days after it was applied. The technician left acrylic on all my cuticles. This will guarantee a short lived set. Very disappointed a nail salon in 2015 cannot apply a proper acrylic set. Do not come here unless you need a simple paint job.

Extremely rushed service. Deeply cut cuticle on one finger, barely cut cuticles on my other fingers and toes. Not the worst mani/pedi I’ve had, but certainly nowhere near the best. Pretty good foot massage though. Maybe the woman who I saw had a bad day. I’d give them another try if there was nowhere else to go and had to go somewhere in my neighborhood.

Tried this place for the first time last week. I was rushed the entire time. My nails chipped a day after and although they were super friendly and kind, I wasn’t impressed w the level of service. Not for a Chesnut Hill establishment. Maybe it was just the employee I got:(she seemed new. And she also didn’t speak English, which normally I wouldn’t mind at all, but we had a hard time communicating. Seems like others were getting massages and extra attention, and my service was over and done so fast. Just wasn’t relaxing. I’ll continue to go down the road to Coco Blue or Diamond Spa.

I decided to try here because of a Groupon special. I’ve been looking for a nail salon for months that wasn’t in the hood, have rude staff or did shoddy work and I think I’ve found it! I called for an appointment late on a Tuesday and they fit me right in for a 5:30 appt. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by everyone in the salon. I signed in, gave my Groupon info and picked my color. My wait for an actual pedi chair was less than a minute. All the stations were clean, fresh equipment was used and staff was efficient and thorough. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and as a bonus I got a leg massage and a neck and back massage. Overall, I am so happy with the location, the appearance of the salon, the staff and the job the did. I will be back!

Millennium gets five stars from me definitely. The ambience is amazing and the staff is even more amazing. Anna gives a great mani-pedi with massage. Ask for her !! You will want to too her after. I would however recommend bringing your own polish. The salon does have some OPI colors but they aren’t in the best shape. No Essie either :( But overall, I will be a regular here. Enjoy.
