I purchased two Groupon colonic hydrotherapy sessions for Mon. 8÷10÷15 at 10 and 11 AM respectively, for me and another person. After almost an hour drive into Center City, I called at 9:58 AM (according to my iPhone log) to say that I was just parking to come in. The receptionist said, «There’s a problem with the doctor and the appt. is cancelled. Can you come back Wed.» I asked if the doctor was okay because I thought that the receptionist meant that the doctor had called in sick or been in an accident; but when I asked if the doctor was okay I was told she was fine so I then asked to speak to the doctor and she told me that there is nothing she could do about it, that equipment that she needed (speculums) had not been delivered. I asked when it was supposed to have arrived: she said Sat. the 8^th. I asked why she hadn’t called me: she said that she had hoped it would arrive in the Monday morning 8 AM mail. I asked her why she didn’t call me at 8 or 9 AM: she said, «Sorry. You can come back.» I said that I had to think about it and as I was driving back home, her receptionist called and said, «Do you want to come Wednesday,» to which I replied, «After what happened, don’t you think that you should ask me what is convenient for me,» to which she responded, «Oh, yeah, that’s a good idea.» That’s when I decided to cancel this unprofessional service. I asked Groupon to make sure that no service from this place is ever allowed to be placed on Groupon. P. S. I went on LiveChat with Groupon and got full refund (not credit which they offered at first, but, full refund). Please, contact Groupon, friends, so that Groupon doesn’t ever promote this bad business.

This place needs to be renovated with out a doubt! Its clean but I think it could be way better. The people there are awesome with the costumer service and the vibe is just good on there even their regular clients have good vibes, lol, Dr. Morgan suggested that I get the coffee enema because she wouldn’t take me because my cycle was on but lucky for me I was good to go in a few days! It does take 30 – 45 mins but only if you can take it after 15 mins I had to stop the process to excuse my self to the br. But they urged me to come back and I am but she tried to charge $ 109 for the coffee enema and I’m like lady I came here on a Groupon I can not afford that! Then she’s all like are you sure?! Ummm Yea! Did I not just say Groupon, that discount site that everyone loves! Like sheesh lady! But over all good experience!

I also purchased a Groupon here for colon hydrotherapy. From my experience trying to schedule an appointment, I decided it was an unprofessional and not so well-​run place. I tried scheduling 3 times, the first time the person on the phone did not know what I was talking about with the colon hydrotherapy. She took my name and number and said someone would call me back. No one did. The second time I called I thought I was scheduled. The lady said that I was down for a certain time and that if I didn’t hear back from her to definitely come in. I called the day of to confirm, and they didn’t have me in the schedule. I rescheduled for a day later that week. She asked me when I wanted to come in, I gave here my availability, and she said ok, come in on Friday. I asked her what time on Friday and she said whenever you want. It was a weird experience and I highly doubted I was scheduled. Then I came to this page and saw the other reviews and decided against going. I got in touch with Groupon customer support and sent them a link to this Unilocal page and explained my experience and asked if i could get my money back. I also suggested they make sure customers are getting the service they expect from the businesses they deal with. I certainly don’t need an overpriced enema! Groupon gave me my money back into a groupon account so now I can use it for other groupon purchases. Better then nothing!

I purchased a groupon and really wish I could get a full refund, and I haven’t even received services! First, I had the hardest time scheduling my initial consultation. I finally get through and get an appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and was not given any paperwork or information; rather I was given a welcome card containing no information.
Then, I wait half an hour to be seen. The space is completely shoddy and the guy who checked me in completely forgot I was there. Dr. Morgan came out at some point, asked me how long I was waiting and then began to berate the lady who was supposed to see me about keeping me waiting! The person who was treating me conducted the consultation in the waiting room (!) and thought I was going to have the procedure done that day! I practically ran out of there: I may have to write off the money spent on the groupon; I don’t trust anything about the place.

Like others, I purchased a Groupon. Booking my treatment was a breeze; however, when I arrived for my appointment, I was horrified by the environment. Cluttered and unclean waiting room. Not the type of environment for colonhydrotherapy. Had an awkward interaction when approached by one of the male employees. Private rooms also appeared unclean, so I politely and promptly left.

I purchased the groupon for colonhydrotherapy. I’ve never had colonhydrotherapy but I HAVE read up on it, I’m a health professional, AND I do self enemas at home. I would say the experience was subpar.
1. The actual procedure felt more like an enema and only lasted 15 minutes. I believe a real hydrocolonic should be 45minutes
2.Dr.Morgan was one of the least professional woman I’ve encountered that calls herself a Doctor. Even health care providers don’t speak the way she does. That said, she was very sweet. She was quick to compliment me.
3.The environment is atrocious. I agree with the other reviewer, this place is basically a makeshift sink in the basement. There were clutter everywhere, and she kept the door open while I was laying down with my bare behind exposed. NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL. I’m not a shy person, but I do believe there was a male janitor meandering around somewhere.
If I graded this place solely on her attitude I’d give it a 5, but accounting for all other aspects of the experience I must sadly lower the stars.
