Mr Hook Fish & Chicken

Previously this was a pretty good place to get a decent piece of fried fish or some shrimp seems there’s been a management change or change of philosophy and that’s no longer the case today I ordered fish and vegetables and pasta overpaid for them asked the young man at the counter to make sure the bread that they serve with the fish was fresh because it seems their idea of fresh is to set up a bunch of trays ahead of time put the bread in them and then set them on the counter so by the time they put the fish in the tray on the now stale to the point of being crusty hard bread it’s not fresh he looked me and he told me oh no we put fresh bread in every tray he lied also I ordered founder and received tilapia needless to say I won’t be back the person behind the counter has no integrity and everything is ok with the management cuz this isn’t the first time they have been informed of the less than satisfactory bread product it’s a lazy cheap practice and there’s no excuse that you can’t get two soft fresh pieces of bread in an order and as I said the product has gone downhill
