History

Established in 2012.

I have been a fitness guru my entire life. Ice Hockey Player, Marathoner, Surfer, Lifeguard, Soccer Player and licensed USSF and NSCAA coach. My fitness career began in 1999 training elite soccer teams in speed, conditioning, agility and acl prevention programs. Shortly after I started working as a trainer and the rest is history… I have worked obese, seniors, athletes, diabetics, stroke victims, paraplegic and cancer patients.

In 2012 became a Gold Star Trainer and own MyBootcamp in Philadelphia. I will have you stepping outside of your own personal box and pushing the envelope of what you previously thought possible. You’ll be taking risks. You’ll be training movement, not muscles. Giving everything… and then some. Its about transformation — from the inside out.

Working with everyone from Pros to Joes, Bill specializes in Performance, Power, Strength, Speed, Agility and Conditioning and will incorporate many different styles of Training and customized programing from TRX Training, Body Weight Resistance, Kettle Bells, Sand Bag Training, Plyometrics and his specialty Core Development. «I have such a passion and drive for what I do and Client’s feel that passion with every training session.
