I wanted to respond to the person in Arizona. We opted not to join the club for MANY REASONS. Even that person admitted it was of no interest to them. The club is basically an insurance policy plus they wanted to hire my husband as a salesperson but how they went about the business just wasn’t right and he repeatedly rejected their offers. And with a road service company you want them to have people ready to help when you need it not relying on gypsy tow guys. That may work in an urban enviroment but less likely elsewhere.

I wanted to chime in because I found about about this service because of a Groupon Coupon available here in Phoenix. I’m sure they are attempting to expand. As long as assistance shows up when I call. I am happy. I see the little cars driving around. I wonder about «sunni» of the first post. How did he/​she come to post about this service and did she actually make CONTACT with this location? Is she a member? Did she have a bad experience? Why is she steering clear? Her post gave NO CLUE as to WHY she posted a negative review. The established «motor Club» is great HOWEVER, I NEVER USE ALL THE SERVICES & I WANTED A CHANCE TO SAVE MONEY! This is why this National Motor Club is of interest to me and many others. Her review seemed vague, strange and irrelevant to me.
