North Central makes a solid hoagie. Their prices are cheap and their portions are large. A «small» 12″ Italian hoagie will fill you up and only cost you $ 3.50. There’s nothing glamorous or attractive about this place, but they do make consistently decent food. They’re open for breakfast early and close around 4.
My only complaint with North Central is you sometimes have to gamble on them being open. They advertise 7:30am — 4pm, but you never know when they’ll decide to close and leave you hungry.
