I’ve been taking my dress shirts and pants here for about a year. The staff is always friendly and the prices are good. A parking lot is also a luxury in south Philly for pick up and drop off. Just keep in mind they typically take two days to compete orders, I think they do overnight for an additional charge.

I was excited to have a dry cleaner right across from where we bought our new house, since I dry clean a lot of my clothes. Unfortunately, they ruined a regular button up shirt of mine on my first drop off, and they refused to do anything about their mistake. I’ll have to find another dry cleaner. Don’t bring your clothes here. I would have been a regular customer, plus I had some tailoring I needed done as well, but they are not honest. Beware.

Great neighborhood dry cleaner. Only been twice but the customer service is terrific. Highly recommend. Easy parking as well for those who need it. And very quick turn around time.

Nu Way is incredible, from the service, to the people to of course the quality… 5 stars all around. You’d think a place you run into eagles and Phillies players dropping off their garments would charge an arm and a leg, but the prices are the best around. I moved from S Philly to N Liberties a year ago and sill make the drive to drop my things off. Best in the city.

I am a new customer and will update as my experience goes along, but so far, I believe this is an outstanding business and am driving well out of my way to go here. They did a wonderful job on our clothes, have good customer service, and use less harsh chemicals than other dry cleaners.
I have been searching for a dry cleaner that does not use so many carcinogens. Every cleaner I called in Philadelphia near Center City that has a «green» or «organic» sign or advertising could not tell me what makes it green or organic. They simply said, «We are organic.» Nu Way on the other hand does not advertise that they are eco friendly, yet they have the most green practices of any dry cleaner I have found in Philadelphia.
The owner took time to talk to me on the phone giving me lots of detailed information about their dry cleaning process. He clearly has investigated many supposedly eco friendly options and gave me good information about why he chose the process they use. Being the geek that I am, I also looked up a lot of what he told me, and verified that the guy knows what he is talking about.
I like that they do all the cleaning in-​house rather than sending it out. One item they cleaned was a coat that had gotten sprayed with mustard (thank you teenage pranksters!) The coat looked new. I noticed one spot they missed — which is totally understandable given how much mustard was on this coat. They were super kind about it and removed the spot in a few minutes while I waited. You don’t get that at a drop off cleaner that outsources. The rest of our clothing looked great too. Nothing sacrificed here by their green process. They especially do a great job of pressing.
Other reviews say they are cash only, but I think I used a credit card.

Always get my dry cleaning or anything I need hemmed at this wonderful place. The staff are super friendly and professional. My dry cleaning usually takes 2 – 3 days and the prices are very reasonable. Parking is very convenient also.

Very nice employees. Tailoring done just right. They even have bench seats to sit down. Very little wait time, and they accept credit cards. I’m so glad I don’t have to run to the ATM to pay for dry-​cleaning. Very trusted by uniformed city employees. They cine here a lot. I highly recommend, an will be a regular here.

I often come here for tailoring, but the dry cleaning is pretty good too. It’s cash-​only and you pay when dropping off. Quick and friendly.
