I was sent to this group because after several attempts of injecting a local antibiotic to a pocket in one of my gums I ultimately needed to have tooth extracted and will be getting an implant after the healing process commences. I just want to let the public know that when I called with emotions on overload, due to my incredible fear of loosing a tooth, the receptionist was more than empathetic and told me to come right over. When I got there I was taken right away by Jonathan Friedman and his caring approach to what I believed would have been a horrible experience. We went over options and decided that extraction would be the best decision for this situation. I was amazed by how Dr. Jon explained each and every step along the way and what I would be feeling when he did certain things. I was at no time in any pain and his shots were above standard. I did not feel them AT ALL. At times i felt a little pressure but all in all no pain. He checked frequently during procedure to see if I needed a break. His staff was ultimately supportive. They keep the conversation light and friendly and make you feel as much at ease as possible. If there are any problems or concerns after, you are told to call the doctors cell phone not a recorded message. I was completely astounded by the service and empathy this practice provides. If you have had prior dental experiences that made you dread getting anything done– I urge you to give this group a try. You will not be sorry!
