The staff was very nice and the set up is very nice. Be prepared to walk! It’s a large convention hall. However rooms were set up nicely and good signage.

This place is terrible! Cost me $ 22 for 3 hours of parking. The attendants are rude! Instead of bringing my car back to the drop off area the guy brings it to the other side of the building where me and my party have to walk thru this dirty building with what it looked like parts cars all around!
I was visiting Drexel across the street I meant to go to the parkway garage what it just so happened that this garage had a car parked in front of their entrance! Complete crap hole! Park at the garage next door!

If I can choose no star, I would. I parked my car there overnight. I told the guy I am leaving next morning. He says, «sure, garage opens at 5am.» Now it’s 11am and I am still waiting for the garage to open. Called both numbers on website and left message. No response! It’s my property!

I parked my car at Convention Center Parking with a monthly pass for approximately 6 months. I chose Convention Center Parking because of the proximity to my home and the inexpensive rate of $ 150/​month (about $ 100 — $ 200 less than other garages’ monthly rates in the area). Well, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. First of all some of the employees there clearly do not have any care for you as a customer, or for your car — I was treated rudely by one employee in particular every time I had to interact with him. This employee made parking or picking up my car border on stressful. In addition, the service was awful, regardless of time of day or how busy the garage was, I always had to wait 20 plus minutes for my car — sometimes waiting over to 45 minutes. I was also told that I couldn’t call and order my car in advance, even though I learned that wasn’t true. While a wait can be tolerated for a good rate, I had to stop using the garage for the following reasons: (1) they brought me the WRONG car on two occasions! I could have drove off with someone else’s car without any question. After this happened twice, I began to fear that my car was being given to other customers as well and could be lost or stolen. Clearly the system they use to track cars is extremely poor. (2) My car battery repeatedly died while in their care. I recently replaced the battery because died twice (while in their care, prematurely damaging original battery, requiring replacement). Despite replacing the batter, the careless Convention Center Parking employees still found a way to drain my brand new battery — and manage to blame my car, which had just been serviced. Again, I may have excused this and tried to figure out the problem, but I was told by one of the employees that my attitude was the problem (you just damaged my car — of course I’m going to be upset and not ashamed to show you), and that the garage didn’t care if they kept my business. Very well, then, you no longer have my business, and I encourage everyone else to take their business elsewhere. For purposes of full disclosure, the owner of the garage was much nicer then his employee and seemed concerned, charged my battery, and offered to get me a cab. While that solution did not work for my situation on that particular day, it was also «too little, too late.» Moreover, I was never contacted by the owner and no one offered to make up for my inconvenience of repeatedly not having my car available because of their repeated incompetence and lack of care. Accordingly, I think paying more a month is well worth it for a reliable and friendly service, that doesn’t damage your car! Parking can be difficult in this city, but take your business elsewhere — I have!

Our hotel charged $ 36 daily to park, so I wanted to find a cheaper but equally as convenient option. This place was great! It was $ 40 total for three days. They charge $ 17.76 for the first 24 hours, and $ 12.76 for every 24 hours after. You pull in and leave your keys and get a ticket and they park your vehicle for you. They take cash or credit. The garage is accessable ²⁴⁄₇ if you need to access your vehicle. It was a couple blocks from our hotel, well worth the savings.
