Staff-​Incredibly rude. The employee running the register barely spoke English, making it nearly impossible to order. I’m still not sure what we just ordered. We tried very hard to talk slower and be patient, but eventually the cook, who is a fluent English speaker, came over to assist in the order taking by shouting at customers.
The cashier put about 3 pieces of ice in our drink and when we asked the cook for more, he told us he couldn’t help us because he had gloves on. Ridiculous! Avoid this place.
Did I mention that they didn’t put any cheese on our Philly CHEESE steak and that the «steak» tastes like it came out of a box of steak ums???

I am not at the one at university city i actually stopped at the one in the Philly airport. Good sandwiches but not as good as Steaks on South

also located near gate 25 in Concourse C at Philadelphia International Airport. Thank God for this place! no real meals anymore served on any domestic flight so i got off the Airbus 320 on the stopover from Orlando just to grab a mushroom cheesesteak with sweet peppers.

the real deal philly cheesesteak using an Amoroso french roll and paper thin seasoned rib eye and white Cheeze whiz. sweet green peppers are simply pickled bell peppers. not hot. also kinda cool to watch doc wilson flip the spatulas while grilling up the steaks!
