Police and Fire Federal Credit Union

Best credit union out there. I’ve been a member here over 10 years, before I was with a major bank that was bought out a few times. It becomes quite annoying. Pffcu has some of the best rates around, love the auto draft check you get when your purchasing a new car. No atm fees at Wawa of any Starr ATM. Great customer service! This is by far the best bank I’ve ever had.

I was with a large bank for years… I tried out this credit union from a friends referal. I just want to say I no longer belong to my old bank and think the staff and banking policies are wonderful!!! Thank you! They have saved me a lot of money and I just love the staff. super friendly and helpful!!! I refer everyone I know to this location!

This credit union is amazing, so much so that it is the only bank I belong to, and I live 1000 miles from the nearest branch. The rates are the best I’ve ever seen anywhere, their website is easy to use (you can scan and deposit checks from home, which is very useful here in Florida), and when I visit home and actually go to the branch, you don’t have to wait in line barely at all.
PFFCU prides itself on customer service, and that it does great. There is no bulletproof glass separating you and the teller (of which there have never been less than 9 working at once that I’ve seen), which makes the experience more personal. Everyone here is always friendly, too.
If you can become a member, this will be the last bank you’d ever need in Philly.
