We assist with set up, preparation, service, breakdown and clean up as part of our complete package. Whether you provide the food, or we do so through our additional services, we can take care of your event from the planning through the finished result, so you can relax and enjoy your party.

Premier Residential works with private clients at their homes, shore homes, or private yachts at events that range from intimate sit down dinners to pool side barbeques. Our staff work seamlessly and professionally to ensure that your guests are served throughout the course of the party in an elegant and refined manner.

We will work with you to learn the details of your party so that our staff are prepared and ready to jump in and assist where necessary. We feel confident that our staff have the skill set to work in almost any situation. At Premier Residential Staff we work closely with you to ensure that the proper staff are matched to ensure the best service possible. History

Established in 2004.

Premier Residential Staff began as an offshoot of Five Star Staffing. Since 2004, Five Star Staffing is known for providing the highest quality hospitality and residential staff in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. From this venture, David DePhillips, owner and president of Five Star Staffing decided to extend his services even further to current and future residential clients by launching a separate new entity, Premier Residential Staff.

If it wasn’t for our great clients and their business, Premier Residential Staff would not be possible; thank you to our clients for their continued business and confidence you have placed in us.

We carry workers’ compensation, general liability insurance and are also bonded. As required by law, our team members are our employees, not independent contractors, and as such we cover all appropriate taxes. For your convenience and protection, all of these items are covered as part of our inclusive pricing.

David R. DePhillips, President of Premier Residential Staff began his foray in the hospitality industry working at both the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton hotels right here in Philadelphia. Our staff provides those same high standards and this is why, as our name suggests, we are the premier residential staffing company in the tri state area. We can help turn your party into a success by maintaining high standards of excellence.
