My partner and I used Real-​Time to move from a two-​bedroom apartment on a third floor to another two-​bedroom on a third floor. Angel and his team of one moved all of our stuff in a reasonable time period and price considering we had more than they expected for a two-​bedroom. They were early and very communicative during the entire process and energetic until the end. The only complaint I have is minor, and that they could’ve planned better by asking for more description of the amount of stuff that we had to move, so that possibly they could’ve gotten a third or fourth helper to facilitate the process. Nonetheless, they were very energetic and efficient for two men. I would highly recommend them for the friendliness, care with our stuff and energy. We chose them from word of mouth from two friends who had successfully used them.

I have used this company two times now, and have also recommended them to friends! I have had a generally very positive experience. My sole complaint is that BOTH times I have booked them they have been over 30 minutes late for the job. Each time they have called me at job time and stated they are 15 minutes late, then it’s 30, then it’s 40… and then they arrive. Also, when driving to the next location, they tend to be far behind as well-​and you’re left waiting for them while on the clock.
Those negatives aside, it’s almost impossible to be upset because they do such a good job! They are SO fast, respectful, and hard working when they arrive. I trust them with my things, they are reasonably priced, and despite a few flaws I recommend them and give them 4 stars for quality!

I used these guys to move my stuff into a temporary storage situation and have hired them again to move my things into a new house. They were fast and respectful of my furniture, and Angel had a great sense of humor making a stressful day a bit more fun. Their fixed hourly price is great, and they clearly care about keeping the customer happy. I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I used Real-​Time Delivery & Servicesin October of 2015 when we were moving out of our town home in Kennett Square, PA to West Chester. These guys communicated with us throughout the whole process and were super friendly the whole time! They moved all our heavy stuff out of our old place and then helped to put our stuff into a tight basement. I was very impressed with the tetris-​like packing they did for the small space they had. They were very careful with all of our stuff as well and were just a pleasure to work with! We will be using them again to move into our new home! I highly recommend them!

My experience with Real-​Time Delivering Services was very positive from beginning to end. I found management flexible and thorough in going over the details and charges, willing to pay attention to my input. One got the feeling they were truly listening to my requests. Then the crew arrived on time & quickly went straight to work. They put my move anxieties at ease. They were very friendly and competent, they were fun to work with. Angel cracked jokes from the beginning to the end. My overall feeling is that they made an intimidating task into a very good experience. It was like working with close family.

Angel responded very fast to my initial quote inquiry. They arrived a few minutes early and were extremely fast. Their prices were fair and pretty cheap. Nice guys, too! Would use again!

My husband hired this company relying upon the information on the website and the assurances of the owner, Angel Pedraza. The company’s website boasts that the company is licensed and insured, promises «white-​glove» service, has its own moving vehicle, and shows pictures of professional movers moving properly protected furniture. We were promised 3 movers to move our home about 10 miles or less.
Two movers showed up the day of the move in a U-​Haul. My husband noticed that the movers had what appeared to be an insufficient number of blankets to protect our furniture, so we requested that the movers use our moving blankets. Our blankets were not used until later after we discovered that our furniture was being damaged. At that point we insisted our blankets be used and verified they were. Unfortunately, so much damage had already been done. My baby’s crib was cracked, two chairs were broken, a lamp shade was broken, brand new and barely used furniture was dinged and scuffed, furniture that I cannot replace because it is discontinued or purchased out of state was damaged. This is only what I have noticed/​discovered after a week.
In attempt to resolve this matter quickly without a lot of hassle, I agreed that the owner could replace 2 chairs and the crib that were damaged. After week of receiving the run around, the owner tells me he cannot afford to replace our crib for 30 days. The chairs are supposedly being replaced, but I have not received replacements or reimbursement as of yet. After requesting the company’s insurance information several times and getting the run around for a week, I began researching the company and learned that according to

We have engaged our attorney and are looking into filing criminal charges and filing a civil lawsuit.

Angel, Andrew and Edgar are terrific. Angel responded immediately to my call, estimated the cost over the phone, treated our property and us with utmost respect and delivered all our goods in excellent condition. They even packed and unpacked everything remembering where everything belonged. Angel and Andrew are awesome guys. They demonstrate a very good way of handling customers from phone calls to actual moving of stuffs. At first, I was skeptical of using movers as I had thought they can take advantage of their customers by moving the stuff without minding how much they spend on time. But I would say I am wrong. With this company, I personally observed them on doing their job very well. They worked in unison and coordination in moving my stuff with care and really mindful of their time. I would say they work with quantity and quality. I also noticed their good proper body mechanics. I surely would ask their help again if I move to another place in the future.

Wow — a great team!!! From the owner to every employee they care about what they’re doing. Though it took a little longer then I expected, they were honest, respectful, and caring about every aspect of my move.
They were running late because of traffic– I received two calls with updates about where they were. A very heavy piece of furniture scratched the wall in a very tight corner (easy to fix), they couldn’t have apologized more. They re– assembled everything perfectly!!!

Absolutely fabulous in every way even to responding to a tough situation and returning my call on Labor Day. We went through hell and back with the Allied/​Clemmers movers and we were left with no one to deliver our household goods. Angel who by the way is just that came in and picked everything up at Clemmers and completed the move. He did everything he promised he would. His team was professional personable and kind. Yes, kindness during a move is priceless. He also GET THIS: charged exactly what he told me he would. No hidden fees and none of the expensive tricks and deceits we had just experienced.

I had been looking around at several moving companies to move my 1 bedroom apartment an hour away. Real time delivery and services was responsive to my inquiry, honest and their price is just a flat rate of $ 100/​hour. No hidden fees — which I was running into many extra fees at other companies because my apartment is on the 3^rd floor without an elevator. Angel who is the boss is friendly and works with you to get what you need. He will call you the night before your move to confirm moving details.
My actual moving day went so smoothly. I had three excellent workers, Bob Josh and Andrew. They were very prompt. Arrived eve 10 minutes early to our start time. They were quick but careful moving my things. They were responsive when I had fragile boxes and they spread the word to each other to take care of that particular box. Then when we got to my new apartment they speedily unloaded two cars and the truck all the way up to the third floor. They asked me where I would like each box/​piece of furniture that they brought up. They kept saying to me that they were here to make my move as easy as possible. That was really great to have that kind of service and feedback!
Also– as if this company and these three workers weren’t good enough, I had an ikea bed frame that I was trying to put back together– and they didn’t hesitate and offered and put my bed back together for me. And also– I thought I wanted a set of drawers in a closet– so they took the time to take the doors of the closet and put it in. Only after it was in the closet did I realize that the drawers wouldn’t open. So they said no problem and took it right out and put the doors back on. They were helpful, proactive, careful, hardworking, and I will 100% be using their services again if I need to move.

After an INCREDIBLY long drive from Texas with a 3-​year-​old, we could not have asked for a better team to help us move into our new apartment than Angel and Andrew. Not only were they careful with our things and fast, they were friendly and helpful.
They even drove our budget truck back for us with my husband following in their car, which was a huge relief as no one wants to drive a huge truck in these streets! And then they gave him some tips on the best places in the city.
I would HIGHLY recommend using them to help you move if you want amazing service for a great price!

They are the best in the business! Outstanding customer service and worth every penny. They treated my belongings with respect. Angel is extremely fast and even more efficient. This is my 2^nd time using this company for my moving and they make it look so easy and smooth it’s ridiculous.
