The food was great! The staff was super friendly. Kim at the food counter area was sweet and very nice. She served plenty of food on a plate. I encounter Chris at the bar and he was very nice. The drinks were great. I’d highly recommend the roast beef at this place. Large space. A little outdated but very cozy. It’s also very clean. I came as a guest for a confirmation party. And this place is a gem in the Port Richmond area. Highly recommend. The cannoli is excellent!

«You’re sh*t out of luck» said the bartender (without a smile) when I jokingly said I had left my cash (for the tip jar) at the table. It was the first time I encountered a tip jar at an open bar at a venue (no I don’t go out much) so I felt awkward asking for a drink. So, the guy behind the bar was a jerk and the rest of the staff was not much better (it wasn’t my first time there and every time I’ve gone I’ve felt a bit of racism from the staff). The venue itself is ok. If you can afford a better venue than this Regency go spend your money there — maybe you’ll have better luck with that staff.
