Rent Scene

The Rent Scene is an awesome FREE service if your moving into areas they operate in. I moved to PA from SC for a new job opportunity & the company paired me with a corporate relocation real estate agent that works for Coldwell. I wasn’t receiving the type attention I needed to find the right apartment, so rent scene was recommended & they helped me locate the perfect apartment. I was scheduling appointment’s on my own with different properties & they took the liberty of identifying additional properties to view based upon my needs and incorporated the properties I personally schedule all in one. They are in constant communication with you to learn what your needs are, time frame, & create a schedule for you to view properties. There is an agent that will meet you at each location to ensure a successful experience. They truly cater to you as a client & put you first. I would highly recommend this service!

The entire team was amazing. I called, and within 24 hours, they had sent me a list of available properties within my budget (not just the top end of my budget), and had set up a tour for the following Saturday. They’re incredibly responsive over email, which was great, given my tight turnaround, and gave me a good sense of the city. I toured with Scott, who was very friendly and easy going. He didn’t pressure me at all, and gave me a good sense of the neighborhood, what I would get for more or less, and pointed out areas that I should take note of in each apartment (both pros and cons that I might not have seen initially).
I ended up choosing an apartment with friends, but the Rent Scene team was better than I could have hoped.

5 stars to Scott for giving a great tour. He was right on time, very polite, very cordial, and answered all of my trivial questions about apartments as well as living in Philadelphia. He was very patient with me and even sent me places that he thought would fit in my budget afterward.
I did have a snag in scheduling, however. My second tour that I scheduled with them had a list of all the places I was interested in solidified weeks in advance. However I received notice less than two days before my tour that over half the places I wanted to view would be closed. Fortunately I was able to reschedule fairly easily but I wish I had received advanced notice.

Scott gave me the tour today. He’s very patient with showing me multiple apartments and answering all my questions. He has clients’ best interest in heart rather than trying to sell me on the first apartment we see. Really appreciate the great service

Tori was my guide and she was amazing. Not only did she schedule a slew of apartments to view, she coordinated points of contact, interfaced with contacts to update them when I was running late, and used various mapping services to walk me to locations helping me navigate a new city in record speed and even sent pictures of buildings for quick recognition. Her demeanor was fantastic, supportive, and open to honest feedback that would help her do her job better. Seriously it was like having a personal navigator, fantastic.
