Rather unimpressed with the customer service at their JFK Street location. When I called to follow-up on the requested/agreed date for the delivery of the engraving, I was told that it was not completed but they could rush engrave it that afternoon and have a courier deliver it to the Center City location. The catch — I would have to pick up the $ 40 courier fee. Not sure why a customer has to pay for the company’s mistake.

I wanted to thank Senior Acct. Exec John Czmar’s for his responsiveness and professionalism in dealing with my difficult and last-minute request for an «innovation» award. I gave him little direction, a crazy deadline and he came through with a trophy that was beautiful. He was very responsive in communicating progress and deadlines for us and even drove it to a location closer to us so that we could present it in time. Blown away by the great customer service and the product and would highly recommend.

Salesperson, Bob Lynch, was helpful in suggesting a great product for my company as a give away — he nailed it. Spike’s and Bob have been a great go-to source for promotional products. Highly recommended!

I had the worst experience working with Fred Darby. Brought in a belt buckle simply made of bronze. Very important to me. Three week after discussing the proper technique(as per Fred Darby’s salesmanship) I’m left with a worthless airloom. Totally dropped the ball, Fred!

Whether it’s a little league MVP trophy, top widget salesman plaque, or an engraved pewter mug for beer pong championships, Spike’s is the place for awards. If they don’t have it, they’ll make it. If they can’t make it, they will connect with a vendor.
