Completely unreliable and a waste of money. I spend 2 weeks trying to make an appointment. Finally scheduled something and then no one showed. No call/​no show, wouldn’t answer calls or texts. Very unprofessional.

This cleaning service is completely UNRELIABLE! I spent over a 2 weeks trying to get an appointment. When they finally responded to an exorbitant amount of phone calls and messages from me they scheduled a cleaning a little over a week from the date we spoke. I confirmed the appointment the night before. On the morning of… an hour after their aforementioned scheduled time they called to say they confused my address and were in New Jersey. I live close to Philadelphia. They then said they could reschedule me for the following day. I will not be using this service in the future.

Unprofessional, rude, and provided no cancellation notice. I bought a living social deal and made an appointment. The company contacted me to reschedule and only gave me one day they could do so I took off from work. The night before at 11pm, not even 24 hours, I received a text saying they couldnt come due to traffic and just expected me to miss another day of work. They seem to not stand behind their company and services.

I use this cleaning service once a month for my house and they do a amazing job! The attention to detail is incredible and I feel very comfortable with them in my house when I am not there. And just a heads when they are done with your hardwood floors you would think you had them refinished. The owner is very friendly and very flexible!

Great workers :) they are very nice, very good, they clean very deep, and very professional. They get at my house at time, they show me they ID, and start to work so after 4 hours my house was sparkling. I loved, and I recommend to anyone:)
