Honestly the worst service ever. Does it make sense to take someone else’s order when they’re behind you? I dont care if they are a regular at that location, its first come first serve. Not first serve regulars then others.

This place is easy to get to in center city. The staffs are friendly and drinks are well made. I was able to get in and out quickly, not bad!

This Starbucks is located very close to where I live, it’s only a block or two off Rittenhouse Square. The baristas are friendly and they know my coffee order which they give me exactly as I like, very nice! They also have given me advice on how to brew coffee at home with the correct water/coffee ratio. I’ll definitely keep coming here, the convenience is great.

This is your typical Starbucks. There’s nothing special about it. The location is only a few blocks from where I work and they get me in and out of there quickly. Like every Starbucks, everything is expensive, so to order anything from here is a treat. The customer service could use some work but it isn’t too bad. Some of the employees could at least smile when asking for your order. Also, when ordering a pastry, don’t expect it to be fresh 100% of the time. I have received a few stale lemon cakes from here. Again, 3 stars.

Pretty much a regular starbucs. I like the upstairs seating but the store us always FILTHY. The bathrooms are disgusting as is the floor upstairs every time I stop in. I understand it’s a high traffic city café but surrounding Starbucks aren’t as bad as this one.

I travel all over the world and often visit Starbucks. I’ve probably been to Starbucks in more than 20 countries. This is my absolute favorite location. They have really taken the time to get to know me, and they always treat me well. In addition, the drink quality is always spot on. Sometimes, the taste can be off at a Starbucks where the baristas are in a rush or not trained properly, but I have never had a bad drink here. Rock on, 19th and Chestnut!

Before I asked for non fat frappuccino and no whip but they put whip cream on it and then they restarted it but ended up giving me light frappuccino which had the light syrup and tasted really bad I just threw it away. Today I asked for non fat latte with no whip the same barista added whip and when I told him I don’t want whip he did not do the latte again just scooped some of the whip off the top. When I asked him are you sure this has no whip cream in it he said it is a drink that has a lot of chocolate in it and a lot of fat in it but I assure you it does not have whip cream in it. I know what I’m doing and I calculate the calories of chocolate and everything else. Wow lots of attitude for so much money put into a cup of coffee.

Hey Starbucks! A big wag of the finger! I bring my own personal cup to get my iced coffee and yet, your staff thinks that it is okay to use a plastic cup to simply write what my drink was and then that cup gets discarded. Chuck You #Starbucks. #wasteful

By far my favorite Starbucks location! The staff are always friendly, and my order is never wrong. This location is typically very busy, but for the volume of people in and out the door, not to mention the location right next to Rittenhouse Square, they are great with keeping the line short while maintaining composure. I highly recommend this Starbucks… I even go out of my way from a closer location(on 18th& Market) to enjoy the atmosphere here. I can’t forget to mention the awesome loft upstairs where I can enjoy my beverage whilst people watching! :)

Great sbux, but they let homeless people sleep upstairs. They don’t even buy anything. One took off his pants. Classy.

This location has a consistently friendly staff. Makes my Monday’s a lot easier when I get to interact with people that are nice, quick, and knowledgeable of the product offerings!

This is a pretty nice Starbucks. The staff are friendly, the drinks are made well, and there is a seating area upstairs that’s away from the noise of the espresso machine and endless small talk, so it’s a great place to study.

A totally fine/normal Starbucks. Do you have a gift card? Why not go here and spend it?

This coffee shop now deserves 5 stars. There service is absolutely amazing! Going in for my normal coffee run, I ended up in line behind a deaf person. The staff could not have been more patient or friendly with the customer. At the register, the cashier was very attentitive and signed thank you to him after he paid. The barista, who was making his drink, diligently came over to him and asked him if he wanted room for milk. At first he didn’t understand and many people would have just given up. She, however, perservered until he understood her. Witnessing this Starbucks staff be kind and helpful to this man makes me want to give this place 10 stars — which I would if I could.

I’ve been to a ton of Starbucks in Philadelphia, in New Jersey, in Delaware. But this 18th and Chestnut Starbucks was amazingly impressive. The Baristas were friendly, but not overly fake. They were prompt with my order, and asked me out of courtesy if I wanted it a bit hotter since it was cold out. I loved the upstairs seating which has an awesome view of Chestnut Street. You may think that all Starbucks are the same, but this is totally not the case whatsoever. Also worth mentioning is that the bathroom was very clean.

I have probably visited 4 or 5 Starbucks’ in the city, and this one is one of the better ones. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful every time I visit, and there is a nice upstairs seating area to relax and browse the internet while drinking your whatever. On a side note, I picked up a box of their new instant iced coffee, and I think it is really good. One box is probably enough for 10 or more small sized ice coffees, so the price isn’t too bad either.
