The current exposure most of us have to our PCP is an arm’s length approach to at best, adequate healthcare. We are often victims of the electronic telephone tree, long wait times for returned calls regarding a current health issue and rare non face to face provider interaction.
Dr. Sturtz’s practice dispels all of these challenges. His staff are extremely thorough, especially «Rosie». I believe this staff is so superior because Dr. Sturtz displays a level of superior diagnostic skills coupled with sincerity and empathy to each patient. This man actually called me to check on a new medication I was taking. Yes, the physician called, not his medical assistant, he himself. Needless to say I will be his patient as long as he practices.
This reviewer holds a fairly high level position with a competitor of TPI, and this site is far from my home, but receiving such superior care makes the drive well worth it.
