Tony Wells started the business following 20 years experience as Property Manager and Broker of Record for George Woodward Co.

He felt there was a need for high quality and responsible property management services that benefits both property owners and tenants.

His buyer and seller representation is backed by years of experience in renovating houses, advising on purchase or sale strategies and expert negotiation skills.

Tony Wells was born and raised in Northwest Philadelphia and very much enjoys living and working there.
