Established in 2014.

Launched in September 2014, The Block Church in Philadelphia is a young church with a big heart and quick feet. In the short time we have been having services in Port Richmond, we have had tremendous growth and touched hundreds of lives.

Business Owner

Joey Furjanic is an international speaker, worship leader, author, and pastor of The Block Church in Philadelphia. Having been a youth pastor in Dallas, living and traveling as a missionary evangelist in Europe, overseeing church revitalization projects in the Northeast, and resourcing youth pastors throughout the world; the ultimate vision for Joey Furjanic Ministries comes from Jeremiah 1:4−10; to tear down, build up, plant new, and revitalize. Joey and his wife, Lauren, live in Port Richmond and are the pastors of The Block Church.
