The Heads of State

The amazingly talented dudes at Heads of State not only helped us create a beautiful business website, but they also continue to help me with every annoying question/​situation I find myself dealing with since they turned the site over to me.
Their artistic abilities alone are incredible, but they are also the nicest, smartest guys around.

I would give no stars if that was an option. I have the same problem as the others on Unilocal.
I fully support small business, but this is a bad business. I placed an order online in November. It is mid-​January and I have not heard anything from this company. I have left voice mails, emails, and messages on facebook and twitter with no response. Lack of communication is TERRIBLE!
I would be fired at my job if I didn’t respond to a customer or didn’t follow up with someone for months!
Save your money and time and support a different small business! Just hope I get a refund at this point.

I received an email receipt that said «Thank you… Please allow one to two weeks for delivery» along with a tracking URL from USPS.
It’s now 17 days later. No package. USPS says the item hasn’t even shipped. I emailed
and received no response.
Shitty service. Long waits. No response. Will not order from them again.
UPDATE…
After ignoring three of my emails I posted to Twitter and got a response. They told me the item was on backorder, and would go out Monday. Monday was 9 days ago. The item still hasn’t shipped.

So the posters FINALLY came this week April 26^th… I ordered them March 11^th.
They look great but now I have the JOY in finding 12in by 14 in frames. This «low maintenance/​low cost» redecorating project has officially become neither of those things.
I’ve decided to blow up photos instead of waiting 2 months for prints to be sent out. Thanks for finally sending them but NO thanks on ever doing business with you again.
