I never had a problem here. The employees are nice and helpful. When I needed keys made they were done perfectly and the price was reasonable. I can’t really think of anything that makes it stand out in one way or the other in comparison to other locations.

Went to buy an appliance and dealt with totally useless person name Joe. Who informed me he has been there for 8 years. I guess that gives him absolutely 0 customer communication skills. It’s a shame, but it’s good and bad at the same time. Because I always used this store to buy all my home goods ! Well thanks you JOE the appliance salesperson(if he can be called that) after being arrogant and unprofessional I found«Best Buy» Who has way better customer service ! My advice to all to try Best Buy and Lowe’s first before dealing with Home Depot

This is my neighborhood Home Depot store. Whenever I come here, the employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Well this place was pretty useless. Well more so the people then the place. Although they are really one in the same. My power went out and I was looking for a generator. No one can tell me where they are. Hell even the aisle that had the sign for generators(aisle 15) didn’t have any, just air compressors. So then I ask someone else who tells me they are in seasonal. I still can’t find them, because they are either strewn about the aisle or stacked super high(one on top of a stack of some snow removal equipment). Not on the shelf where it should be. And there are no prices on these generators! So then I had to find another person to get the pricing. And the store was EMPTY. This whole place is just a big disorganized mess. Plus there are literally tens of employees not doing any work and unwilling to help unless you bark at them. We finally got some poor schmuck to help us, who was actually very nice and apologetic, albeit unhelpful. I really hope I never have to come back, but I’m sure I will because they’ve probably put the non-corporate owned hardware stores out of business.

Eh. Is it that hard to offer even halfway decent customer service? Ugh. I went to this particular Home Depot because it’s nearby and I couldn’t have more disappointed. The products they offer are fine, if not a little expensive(though, cheaper than Lowes). it’s the customer service, particularly the cashiers who offer zero help and stare at you like you have three heads when you ask them a simple question as where are your display of windows? Any question I asked was like pulling teeth. I don’t need that. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We had a door installed yesterday from here. Setting up an appointment to pick out the door was easy. The salesperson, I think her name is Maureen was easy going and helpful. If you choose to use their store credit card then it offers a great range of interest free payments. The door came out great. We had a couple small issues with the door being primed not painted and the lock not working so that took off a star. But within 2 hours, they sent someone out to fix the lock. Thank God, as we live in Philly. Now I just got to beg my husband to paint it. All in all, a good experience.

When I don’t know a good hardware store, I usually end up at a Home Depot. This particular Home Depot showed me that not all their stores have workers who conveniently disappear when you need help. In particular, James was a great, very helpful sales associate. He noticed I was wandering the light bulb aisle and asked me if I needed help. Forsooth! A sales associate asking if I needed help! How can this be?! He answered all my questions, and didn’t run away as soon as I seemed to be done. I called him back when I realized I forgot something. Thank you, James!

Just had to laugh, as I got their black Friday emails with their«40% off sales». I have to admit, I spend $ 5k a year in this place. So I pulled out a few receipts and compared them to the«40% off» prices. Guess what I found every single time? You guessed it kids. Every single time the current«40% off» price was exactly what I paid weeks to months ago, claiming the original price was higher, and showing the normal price as the sales price. Someone really needs to control their fake«sales».

I do like Home Depot they do not have everything in home improvement but what they do have is priced great. The problem that I do have and is why I go to the other improvement place 99 percent of the time is !!! I have to wake up the cashiers to give me the 5 percent off most of the time when checking out. Very dumb on there part. update now they will not give 5 percent pop and want my I. D to pay bill. They must hired an anti business corporate guy from the present

I have to give this Home Depot 5 stars because of one incredibly helpful service employee. I think his name is John. I was there picking up a vanity which wouldn’t fit in my car. I waited over an hour for a truck but the previous customer was 40min late and they had no way of knowing how much longer it would be. I had a 3mos old home, needing to be fed and I was a good 35min drive away once I could actually get a truck. Just as I had given up waiting this employee clocked out and offered to drive the vanity all the way to south Philly and help my husband push it up a flight of stairs! He wouldn’t even accept a tip. Just a reminder that good people are all around us. Thank you. We will pay it forward! So very much appreciated. When you have a baby at home every hour is so valuable and because of John I didn’t have to drive all the way back another two times. So grateful.
