History

Established in 1972.

Senior Partner Ronald J. Harper was in house counsel for Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America and started Ronald J. Harper and Associates in 1972.

Partner Andrea B. Paul was hired as an associate in 1978 and the office became Harper & Paul in 1985.

The office has been a General Civil Practice and provides legal services in all areas of civil law. Harper & Paul has also represented many non-​profit corporations and Churches as well as businesses and individuals.

The attorneys have litigated cases in the Court of Common Pleas, Municipal Court, Orphans Court in all counties and appeared before the Pa Superior Court and Commonwealth Court.

The Attorneys have been active in the community and provided Pro Bono work from time to time as well as legal education.
