I took my French bulldog here for the first time today to get groomed. I’m so happy I found this place. Lindsey was the groomer. She took great care of Jameson and carried him up and down the steps due to his back problems. He came home happy and smelling good. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Got my dogs nails done here and I was happy with the quality of service, and the friendly staff that were working. Good quality service for a reasonable price and in a convenient area!

Sorry, I normally don’t write negative reviews. It’s small business Saturday, so I decided to support a local, much to my disappointment. The moment I walked in, there was already someone in the store complaining, which should have been my warning to get out. The owner and employee was so absorbed with debating with this patron that they failed to even engage with me. I waited for a response for more than 15 min. Not a hi or I’ll be right with you. But that wasn’t the biggest turn off. It was the owner trying to get out of being responsible for the store’s mistake with this original customer. I finally walked out without them saying a word. Big mistake Pet Snobs. I have a large dog and an older cat that I treat with nothing but the best. BTW I saw you (owner) at the coffee shop prior to me coming in your shop. You need to get it together lady.

If Lindsay is available to groom your furry one, Pet Snob gets 5+ stars. If not, don’t bother going. I have two dogs who look similar and they did the wrong groom on the wrong dog and it took 3x longer than usual. Which means my dogs were stuck in crates for 4 ½ hours. But don’t worry, the groomer who was filling in, while saying she was so overbooked, found time to go outside for a smoke break.

Best grooming around here. Excellent customer service, my two Westies are very handsome and they were happy after the grooming (something I haven’t seen), they even kissed goodbye! I am coming back every week for a bath, and the best is they have same day service at a reasonable price. And just to add more, they help me with choosing a vet and a pet sitter.

Every time I’ve come in here — typically just to say hello to their adorable shop cats– I was was met with a super friendly and really helpful store clerk. So, when my long haired cat started to get matted and clearly needed some trimming, I decided to try this place out. I have gone to another shop in the area, which was fine, but I just got a much better vibe from Pet Snobs. I also really liked the fact that there was a big window where I could watch the grooming– If I wanted to.
The groomer was as cool as the other woman who works there, and spent time to talk with me about the cut and listened to all my concerns– I didn’t want her to have a bath and I didn’t want her hair too short, cause my house isn’t always super warm. My cat came back looking great and dread free! And just as I asked, she didn’t get a bath, although I know that made it trickier for the groomer. I can tell my cat loves this place. She has a new go-​to groomer!

I have never taken my dog here for grooming, but I have bought some clothing and treats from this store. I would definitely go back. Although they don’t have the widest selection, their staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. I would love to bring my Chihuahua with me next time!

Scott is wonderful and so sweet with my dog. He’s been grooming him for well over a year, but hasn’t been there the last two visits. The newer blonde woman was pretty rough with my dog, gave an uneven cut, and went 2 hours over the 3 hour estimated time. So. There’s that. I won’t make another appointment here if it’s not with Scott.

I am the proud owner of a now 14 week old weimaraner/​boxer mix who we’ve had for only 7 weeks (although some days it feels longer). Puppies are a ton of work and I was finding myself frazzled from all the biting and potty training and barking and feeling like I wasn’t being a good dog-​mom. I went into Pet Snobs to grab some treats and teething aids… They changed my dog experience. The owner has competed in obedience for 22 years and was able to transform my pup in less than a minute, dog-​whisperer style! She made me feel like it was possible when I was about to give up and invited us back any time for a refresher course and a walk with her. She changed my entire attitude and gave me the patience and support to carry on! My baby is high-​energy and will need a ton of attention and discipline but it’s such a comfort to know I can go there any time I’m overwhelmed! Maybe I’ll take my future human babies there too…

The workers are very friendly. I was supposed to pick him up in 3 hours and I was there after about 3 ½ hour. The groomer (blonde hair) said wait another ½ an hour. I wasn’t really satisfied with that, and the trimming was uneven. I am not really picky about it, but she was a bit rough on my dog epically when she clipped my dog really hard and he was squealing.

Friendly staff, very good customer service, and excellent grooming (Scott is great)! My dog consistently gets groomed here and every time they cut her just as short or long as I request and she is always done in a timely manner (much quicker than other groomers I have taken her to). Affordable pricing as well.

Love this place! Tried them out on a groupon deal and have gone back quite a few times. They listen to what I ask them to do and do it! My dog leaves happy and not seeming traumatized. I definitely recommend this place.

I take some of, my dog walking clients here to get groomed. Scott is wonderful. The dogs always look beautiful after a bath and brush. and the poodle I took looked, like she, was ready for a dog show. nice staff and of course Sirius the cat is the best part of the boutique.

From the friendly staff to the adorable shop cats who roam freely around the store, Pet Snobs is a wonderful, independently owned option for pet grooming and supplies. I was recommended by friends of mine with whom I stopped in a while back to pick up some treats for their dog, and then fairly recently, I came in to pick up a few things for my cat whom I was planning to adopt later that week. I was pleased with the customer service I received and the cats who follow shoppers around while they browse made the experience all the more enjoyable. I will definitely return for cat supplies and will consider bringing my cat here to get her nails trimmed!

This little boutique that offers grooming services is a gem ! I was very impressed with the great and friendly energy of the place ! I spoke with both owners and the groomer at length, I was impressed by them, the groomer seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, he answered all the right questions, I am a groomer, in the grooming business, so I was relieved this cute little shop with grooming services was in a different part of town, so that I didn’t have to compete with them ! Much luck, pet snobs ! I was highly impressed !

Generally, it is good business practice to be open during your advertised hours. Apparently, the owners of this establishment have not read whatever book it is that tells you that.
Having just moved to Philadelphia, when I got home at 5:45 and realized I was out of dog food, off to Unilocal I went. Pet Snobs had good reviews, carries the premium dog food brand that I like, and was close enough to lug a 30-​lb bag home from on foot. And it was open until 7! Great, off I go, trudging through the snow.
I arrive at the proper address at 6:10. The windows are dark and the sign says «Closed.» No explanation on the door, on their Twitter account, website, etc… Nothing. Fortunately, one of their competitors was open until 7 AND actually decided to stick to that. They didn’t have the brand I like, and were a little pricey, but I’d rather my dog have food to eat, right?
I don’t know if I’ll be going back to the Pet Snobs Boutique again. I should not have to worry about calling ahead to make sure a store is open during the hours it says it will be open. Not a good way to do business, or impress a first-​time (attempted) customer.

I’ve never used the grooming services so my review is just on their selection of merchandise. They had a nice selection of different colored doggy poop bags but other than that the store was lacking… especially for cats. The store cat should say something! Stick up for your fellow felines bro! You lured me into your store by chilling on the front step. I thought «oh yeah maybe some cat gear for once» and my fizzle wore out fast. Maybe there is a secret door to the real pet shop part but the two chatty Cathy’s were gossiping away too much to notice my awesomeness looking to spoil my new furbaby. I’ll give the grooming services a try for my pooch… if they can make him smell good maybe we can start over and be friends.

This place is great. Scott the groomer is so friendly as soon as I walked in he sat on the floor and started his new friendship with my dog. Scott has a soft and gentle side that my dog picked up on instantly. My dog did not cry after me and felt safe in Scott’s presence. My dog was extremely matted and I asked Scott if he would be able to cut the paws in the teddy bear style. Sure enuff 3 hours later I returned and gizzmo’s had the teddy bear paws. I’m so happy I chose pet snobs. Scot did a great job and most imported my dog came home feeling great. If you go to a bad groomer believe me your dog will come home feeling so nervous, cranky, and irritable. My dog and I are very pleased with the results of finding a good groomer. We will defiantly go back. There is nothing snobby about this place. I hope every one gives Scott a try. Great haircut/​great service/​good prices. Thanks Scott ;)

I was wary. I did not want to bring my pup to a snobby place where he will be transformed into a nose-​stuck-​in-​the-​air canine. Their trendy website (if a website can be trendy) and name kinda gave me prejudgments about this place.
I had a Groupon, so I had to try it out before it expired. No problems getting appointments, and not too hard to get a closer date.
It took about 3 hours to groom my pup, and he came out looking fabulous and smelling even better. He looks younger (yay for puppy looks!) and he didn’t seem too traumatized by the whole thing, which meant they took good care of him.
They have a small store with toys, shampoos, sweatshirts, and premium dog food. Again, I thought the prices would be a little higher here, but the few items I looked at: clothes and conditioner were a WHOLE FEW DOLLARS CHEAPER than what I had gotten at local store and local chain! The pain when you realize all the things you bought could have been purchased for less…
I love this place because the staff is nice, price is right, and it is easy to make appointments. The whole grooming package without the Groupon would have been the same price as the other groomer I usually go to.
Who knew being a snob could be so affordable?
