Tip Top Pizza

I’d give it ZERO if I could. I ordered a chicken finger platter. It came with honey mustard and ROACH. To add insult to injury the driver who came to bring my cash back says ‘we found roaches in the box with the honey mustard. The food is fine though. If you want to keep it we will give it to you at ½ price’ Sir that honey mustard was cold which means its in your REFRIGERATOR (roaches in the fridge) AND you put the honey mustard INSIDE the platter with the food… Hell NO I don’t want that mess. I’m still ANGRY

Ordered here not only was the service bad but the pizza was not good at all ended up in the trash. I really wanted to like them since they are so close. I ordered on grubhub then a rude woman called to make sure it was a real order. When I arrived to pick the pizza up there was a kid asleep on the counter another man asleep in a chair and a woman making a personal call in the back. They told me the pizza was not ready yet so I went home when I came back a half an hour later pizza was still not ready. There is no way a pizza takes over an hour to make. Bad service, bad food, order elsewhere or be disappointed.

I’m writing this review moments after being disappointed. I’m having a girls night in with my girlfriend and we decided to order some dessert. We ordered online through grubhub and got a call minutes later from a rude woman saying «we ain’t got no plain cheesecake and no cake either» so then we asked what they did have and she was even ruder about that. when we ordered what they did have, it arrived shortly which was nice– but it was disgusting. we got cherry cheesecake and it had no crust and tasted like cottage cheese. it was basically just a chunk of mush with a glob of some sort of cherry gelatin on top. So gross and rude.

This is my 5^th time ordering from TipTop. Each time I order I am never disappointed. The food is very good. The salad is fresh and the buffalo wings are delicious. I have ordered from grub hub and the food always arrives hot and fresh. I highly recommend them.

So I finally ordered a pizza and not only was it cold but we lifted a slice to find a little fruit fly bug under the piece of pizza. I wont be ordering again

Just ordered from this place. used Grubhub… The entire order is wrong… One star because the driver was nice. :(Oy vie

I will never be going back here again. The receptionist was rude, the food was below average and there is a $ 1.00 for using a credit card. I’ve worked in small businesses before and I understand the credit card companies have a small fee but it is no where close to $ 1.00. Ridiculous. There are tons of better option to get takeout in the neighborhood. Look elsewhere.

Ordered the Family Special that came with 10 buffalo wings, Large Cheese Pizza, and 2 Lt soda again. This time I ordered the Pizza with thin crust and it was actually great! It had the right amount of dough and cheese. They called to ask how I want my wings this time (Spicy or Mild) which was very courteous. I’m giving this Pizza Spot a 5 out of 5 because the food was AWESOME THIS TIME!

It was a hot Philly night and definitely didn’t want to fire up the kitchen so I decided to order from the usual place, Roula’s. My girlfriend said, give one of these new menus a try since we always order from them, like a man who enjoys peace, I agreed. We covered the menu and saw alot of interesting items on the menu, one in particular, a cheesesteak made with lamb and the prices look very reasonable. But the flash menu that hooked me wasn’t enough for me to actually order my food though. The VERY FIRST TIME I called, a VERY rude woman answered the phone. It was a total turn off from wanting to do business. if you are rude from the moment I say «Hello!» I can only imagine what you’ll do to my food before it gets delivered. The menu maybe nicely done, the items interesting but that’s not enough to coax my hard earned dollars out of my wallet after the rude person answered the phone.
I decided to write this review to warn anyone planning on ordering from them to find other options where such rudeness isn’t tolerated or exhibited. Menu ripped and recycled.
