History

Established in 2005.

Touchstone & Associates was formed in 2005 after Attorney Andrew Touchstone resigned his equity Partnership at a large Philadelphia defense firm. Mr. Touchstone had practiced defense litigation since 1989 and wanted to bring his experience and skill to bear on behalf of injured workers and plaintiffs in commercial cases. He felt the best way to deliver these client-​focused professional services was to practice in a smaller firm where client service was not impeded by the distractions and politics of a large instituional law firm. The goal was to provide the experience aquired in defense practice for over a decade to individuals in the smaller and more intimate setting.

This goal has been acheived as evidenced by countles satisfied Clients. We have secured favorable result for our Clients and their endorsement has been proven by referrals of friends and family who needed representation.

Business Owner

Attorney Andrew Touchstone has been practicing law since 1988. After graduating from Lehigh University and The Dickinson School of Law, he served a Judicial Clekship in Philadlephia. Mr. Touchstone then joined a large Philadelphia Defense Firm and eventually climbed the ranks to achieve Equity Partnership. Over the years Mr. Touchstone has litigated thousands of matters in various forums and venues including The Pa. Commonwealth Court, Superior Court, Court of Common Pleas as well as Worker’s Compensation forums throughout Penna.

In addition to his Law Practice, Mr. Touchstone is a Licensed Boxing Manager in Pa. and NJ. as well as a licensed Sports Agent. He manages several boxers.

In his personal life, Mr. Touchstone is married with 3 Children, he coaches Youth Lacrosse and is an avid waterfowl hunter.
