I stopped into Has’s Deli(formerly Phillipsburg Deli & Mini Market) while I was getting gas to grab something for dinner. Has is cool and outgoing and has great prices. I got some Boar’s Head cold cuts for around $ 5 per pound. While I didn’t get a chance to try it, he also has soup for 99 cents. There are two TVs, and a few tables to eat at – the whole place is very clean and comfortable.
