I will never use them again. When I called I was quoted a 15.00 dollar service call and $ 35.00 and up to let me in to my home that we accidentally locked ourselves out of. When the tech showed up he said it would be $ 160.00 because he would have to drill the lock out then re key it. After we said okay he then had me sign a agreement to that. Two minutes later we were in our home and he was ready to leave. No drilling. No re keying. I said 160 for that and he said yeah. Then he gave me a bill for 175.00. I said your adding the service charge to. And he said yeah. If anyone from this company would like to explain why I feel I was taken please feel free to call.
